Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Good size room, with tea/coffee making facilities & a lovely view out to sea. Fantastic food. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend 👌

Location good, staff friendly. Pool areas lovely and clean and has really nice sunbeds. Room was nice, beds comfy. The safe in the room was free. Aircon unit looked a bit wonky but worked fine. Hit and miss on tea, milk and sugar refills in room. Day time entertainment OK, what let down this hotel was the evening entertainment, it was awful! Even the staff appeared embarrassed. Food was not to our taste, so spent a lot going out even though we were all inclusive.

You get what you pay for. Food is good, standard all-inclusive. All praise for the staff, the guy making cocktails is super friendly and nice.👍🏻 We stayed at renovated room in the main building, everything clean and nice. The location is also very good, I recommend taking a walk to Tsilivi shops and bars.

My recent stay at Tsilivi Beach Hotel was a mixed experience, with several notable drawbacks that made it less enjoyable than anticipated. Despite the hotel's beautiful location and surroundings, there were significant areas that need improvement.
The hotel's beach was one of the biggest disappointments. Although the hotel is advertised as being on the beach, access to the part of the beach connected to the hotel comes at a steep price—20€ for two deckchairs and a parasol. This extra charge feels unjustified, especially since it is not mentioned upfront, detracting from the overall value of the stay.
The food options were another letdown. The menu remained largely unchanged throughout the almost two-week stay, leading to a monotonous dining experience. The variety of fruits was disappointingly limited, which was surprising for a hotel in such a lush, Mediterranean setting. Additionally, the drink options were underwhelming, with only six beverages available, all made with low-quality local ingredients, and a mediocre beer selection.
Another area where the hotel fell short was in transportation. There is no service provided for airport transfers, making arrival and departure less convenient for guests. This is a basic service that most hotels of this caliber usually offer, and its absence was notable.
The evening entertainment was particularly lacking. The programs were more of a hit parade of mediocrity, failing to provide any engaging or enjoyable experiences for the guests. This, combined with the other issues, made evenings at the hotel less pleasant.
On a positive note, the hotel's setting is undeniably beautiful, with stunning views of the beach and a pleasant pool area. However, these scenic elements could not fully compensate for the service and quality issues experienced during the stay.
In summary, while Tsilivi Beach Hotel benefits from its beautiful location, the lack of variety in food, poor drink quality, lack of transport services, and disappointing entertainment significantly detract from the overall experience. I would recommend looking into other options if you're planning a trip to the area.

We recently stayed at the Tsilivi Beach Hotel in Zakynthos and, unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We booked a package for a 4-star hotel but were placed in an adjacent building about 70 meters away from the main hotel. This building had significantly lower standards, particularly when it came to amenities like the bathrooms, which were nowhere near the quality of those in the main hotel.
The food at the hotel was another disappointment. While there was a wide selection available, the dishes were repetitive and generally tasted the same. After a few days, we found ourselves dining out at local restaurants to enjoy a proper meal.
The room itself lacked several basic amenities. There were no cabinets, no safe, and the shower was clogged with hair and did not drain properly. To the hotel's credit, they addressed these issues the next day, but it still left a poor first impression.
The hotel's beach was perhaps the most shocking aspect of our stay. It was in terrible condition, with a half-meter-high step to access it, protruding rebar, and a shoreline littered with stones and concrete debris. While other nearby hotels had taken the time to clear their beaches of debris, this hotel had not bothered, leaving the area looking abandoned and uninviting.
The alcoholic drinks served at the hotel were subpar, adding to the overall disappointment of our stay. In the end, we used the hotel primarily for sleeping and spent most of our time enjoying our vacation outside of the hotel.
Overall, Tsilivi Beach Hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to others seeking a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.
