I loved my stay in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I loved the pool era and the animations. The entertainment team was amazing especially Mo 🙂 he made sure our stay was amazing, fun and unforgettable. He is funny and easygoing we loved the entertainment that he organized. He always welcomed us with a big smile 😊 Thanks to him we weren’t bored and had the time of our life ❤️

We recently stayed at the Fairmont to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was truly an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and care that exceeded all of our expectations. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the incredible generosity we received. Not only was our accommodation thoughtfully arranged, but we were also surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne to mark our special occasion. This gesture made our anniversary celebration even more extraordinary and meaningful. The hotel itself is nothing short of amazing – elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with every detail designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special mention must go to Don, the talented and friendly bartender who made our evenings even more enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor truly stood out. Don crafted exceptional cocktails and added a personal touch to each interaction, making us feel even more welcome. The attention to detail, combined with the kindness and thoughtfulness extended to us, made our stay a truly one-of-a-kind experience. We left the Fairmont feeling deeply touched and with many cherished memories. Recently stayed with Fairmont-Fujairah. It is our second visit and need to admit that -The overall experience was fantastic. -Excellent location and great view. -Swimming pool and the sea access is great. -Hotel staff is very good, well spoken and helpful. -Very good breakfast. -The Signature room upgrade was excellent and has huge terrace area. The hotel is perfect, all the facilities are represent the luxury experience. The room is amazing, the service is excellent. Ahmed from housekeeping make the special decoration for our anniversary. Yana is helpful with all our requires. They gave free room upgrade for our anniversary. Its really special and memorable for us, we will come back again. Very recommended hotel to celebrate special moment!!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we're happy. The pool aerobic and water polo were definitely a highlight. More variety is needed at the dinner buffet.
