We stayed at the Fairmont hotel many times. Great place to enjoy your vacation, friendly staff, great service. However, we've faced some serious issues twice: one was last year and another this time. There is a Russian lady (she is kind of sports animator or instructor) whose name is Anna. She is a racist. Here is the situation: yesterday she was conducting a kids club (dancing etc) only in Russian language even though if there were a few English speaking kiddos, including my kiddo. My kiddo's primary language is English and she was upset that she couldn't understand anything. Last year was almost the same scenario that she didn't include my daughter just because she doesn't speak Russian language. I had a word with her and she was not polite. She speaks politely to Russian guests only. She must know and respect other English speaking guests. Secondly: I recommend that all kitchen staffs should wear a mask. Because one gentleman (I understood from his attitude that he is a manager) standing right in front of foods and coughing, even didn't care to cover his mouse. We lost a desire to eat food after seeing this. Otherwise, we love Fairmont - foods, amenities, pools.

Nice stay with great service. My personal thanks to receptionist Reem, ready to help you at any time, 100% kind girl, always smiling. Second one, Alexandra (Russian speaking) help me to settle my questions, too. Clearly water, tasty food (several restaurants), and very soft beds. Hope to come back👍🏻

We had am amazing stay as a family with 2 kids, check in was smooth and the staff at the front reception were very friendly and welcoming, thank you Ragil, Ali and Ayman. There was always something fun to do, the pool and the beach and the inflatable water park were all great fun for the whole family. Additionally we ended every evening with a fun disco dance which our kids absolutely loved, thanks to Abdullah who had such a joyful energy he made our stay extra fun! Kids club was great, thank you Yvon for always being so welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, decor was fresh and modern with a little arabesque style. And the resort as a whole was very beautiful and peaceful to walk through. Food was good and the staff were always so accommodating whenever we had any special requests. Will definitely be visiting again.

Very good hotel, beautiful and big area. The food is simple but very tasty! The place fits perfectly for families with small kids. Sadly no evening show. Good room service, everyone is very attentive to our needs. Special thanks for keeping our room neat to Elamurigan. Best regards, Sara

We (myself and family) stayed at Fairmont Fujairah hotel during the Eid holidays and it was such a pleasant experience - we had loads of fun by the pool and beach. The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. The housekeeping team was so responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed a very tasty and diversified breakfast during our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Zakareyya for his valuable assistance and professionalism while addressing our requests in such a prompt and friendly fashion - we’re definitely coming back again soon! 😊
