I loved my stay in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I loved the pool era and the animations. The entertainment team was amazing especially Mo 🙂 he made sure our stay was amazing, fun and unforgettable. He is funny and easygoing we loved the entertainment that he organized. He always welcomed us with a big smile 😊 Thanks to him we weren’t bored and had the time of our life ❤️

I just wanna say enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel stands out for its beautifully maintained grounds, with plenty of quiet corners in the garden and around the pool to unwind and leave daily stress behind. The head of the event team, Mo, doing very good entertainment program in the hotel very unique and different and his event team are so positive, professional and supportive. The activities are very professional and fun. My personal highlight was Boccia. The evening program is really strong and Mo is a very good speaker in the microphone. Another highlight was the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes, with options to suit every palate. I especially enjoyed the combination of local and international specialties. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and comfort, paired with exceptional hospitality.

We had an amazing stay with our two children. The staff is very professional, lovely and attention to detail. They have a great sense of hospitality. The accommodation is very comfortable and luxurious. There’ everything one’s need for a perfect holiday.

The hotel is considered spacious with two pools, nice beach and walking areas. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quite big but really old and toilets are really old where some parts are rusted. Breakfasts and dinners buffets are really poor, not much variety, all types of pastries and breads are dry, food is tasteless unfortunately, considering its remote location and lack of walkable restaurants so you have to try and enjoy poor breakfast. Do not consider to find good coffee in the hotel as they only use machines that has selection of coffees and coffee lovers like me know that these machines cannot produce good coffees. Housekeeping is really good no complaints. Staff at reception are ok not really smiley. They do the job that’s it. I can’t rate the hotel more than 3 stars.

We would like to mention the most positive waiter - Koushik, an incredibly cheerful and friendly person. We were on holiday with a small child and every single visit to the restaurant was always supported with Koushik allowing some time and attention to our baby and playing with him. In general, the whole restaurant staff was very pleasant - polite, smiling people!
