Very nice and friendly hotel, great location, nice and sandy beach with willing service. But what excels the most is the food. Many kinds of cuisine, everyone can pick up the best for him or herself, even kids. We were very satisfied with our waitress Melanie. She was always willing, smiling and very nice. We were very satisfied and hope we will visit this place once more at least.

Thank You Melanie for making our breakfast so comfortable— I could see you running around all the time managing guests so well. And between you were handling person requests - “KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON” seems to be your message. I wish I could give same compliment for the entire resort — I have a different view. But this compliment is for you. Take care.

The resort itself feels a bit outdated. The lobby isn’t inviting at all, it dark and cramped. Room needs renovation. TV- needs maintenance. Shower- no hot water even after waiting for 10 minutes. Pillows- needs to be replaced. Changing table- The restrooms next to the breakfast/dinner hall don’t have a changing table, which is weird, considering it’s a family resort. .. The food spread is decent as well. The staff of the resort are really nice. Dinesh (from Nepal) and Kennedy (from Nigeria), from the breakfast/dinner buffet, took very good care of us throughout our stay. So 5 starts for them ✨ … I hope this is taken as a suggestion rather than a complaint. My best wishes.

A wonderful hotel! Very quiet, calm. The ocean is beautiful. The beach is well equipped. The staff is very friendly, they will always help. I would especially like to mention the director of the beach - Mahmoud, the waiter Kennedy, the manager of the restaurant (unfortunately I can't remember his name, but the beige jacket is very stylish), the hostess girls are always friendly. I will definitely come back here again)

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the receptionist, Ibrahim , for his kindness and assistance! I also want to thank Kennedy from the Breeze restaurant for his exceptional service and wonderful smile. His help made our dining experience truly memorable! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it. The sea and the beach are simply amazing!
