Good, but not a 5 star hotel. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Restaurant not big enough for the amount of patrons, and pretty repeatative. beach good also 5 swimming pools very good. Drinks in lounge expensive. Go to the bar cellar in the complex. Rooms all a sea view and are large. Towels changed daily. You can get beach towels you have a towel card.

A great place to relax. Excellent location, large territory, clean beach. There is even a convenient path to the nearest mountain. The cuisine is close to European, delicious. After sunset, there are many leisure options: spa, outdoor pools, billiards. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kennedy and Adel for their sincere kindness and warm welcome

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a pleasant experience with room for improvement. The staff deserves special recognition for their hospitality. Ahmed at the reception kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade when he noticed we were traveling with a child, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. At breakfast, Kennedy, Wilson, and Yogarda were consistently welcoming and attentive, ensuring that guests felt taken care of. The natural surroundings and amenities were another highlight. The hotel is located in a picturesque area with fresh air, beautiful sunrise views, and plenty of space for walks. The large grounds feature several pools and various activities, making it a good destination for families or those looking for relaxation. However, there were some drawbacks. The hotel feels a bit worn and in need of renovation, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, one evening there was a party by the pool with loud music that could be heard in our room. To their credit, the reception team quickly responded to our request to lower the volume, and the music stopped completely by 10 PM. In summary, while the hotel offers great service and a stunning location, a refresh and better noise management would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Very nice and friendly hotel, great location, nice and sandy beach with willing service. But what excels the most is the food. Many kinds of cuisine, everyone can pick up the best for him or herself, even kids. We were very satisfied with our waitress Melanie. She was always willing, smiling and very nice. We were very satisfied and hope we will visit this place once more at least.
