Currently an empty shell being renovated. We watched some of the scaffolding being erected. Those guys must have nerves of steel.

A lovely, well appointed hotel in the heart of downtown. The rooms are adequately spacious and provide for a quiet comfortable stay. Service was attentive and accommodating. The lovely hot and cold breakfast buffet provided a delicious and nutritious start to the day.

Definitely not 4 star. Bad smell in corridor when exiting lift. Rooms dimly lit, outdated furniture, old towels and bed linen. Plastic cloths in tables. Breakfast very ordinary and rude service eg when asked for a glass for juice twice as none there. Limited options in hot food. Worst breakfast and service we had anywhere in Vietnam! Would not recommend!

Had a great stay here. Rooms are bit small but nice. Located nearby most of the sightseeing places.Need to work on charging points as those are inconvenient in terms of placing your electronic devices while charging. Breakfast was good 👍.

It may have been a quality hotel in a distant past but no longer. Most of the staff doesn't seem to care much about it anyway. Great location close to many attractions but surrounded by many competitors. I recommend shopping around before choosing this hotel.
