We had a fantastic family getaway here. The location was perfect, offering easy access to a clean, beautiful beach, and the pool was impeccably maintained. The dining experience was a highlight, every meal we had was excellent, the Sri Lankan dishes standing out for their incredible flavors and variety. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The bartender was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in serving us at the bar, instead repeatedly asking us to move to a table even when the bar area was empty. While we initially assumed this was due to a busy night, his attitude remained the same the following evening. This unprofessional behavior undermines the potential of what could be a great bar experience. I have shared this feedback with the manager and hope it will lead to improvements. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this place for its overall experience and value for money. The location, amenities, and dining make it a great choice for a family getaway.

A wonderful hotel in the style of the colonial era. Excellent beach and great location. Great hotel service, a manager who cares about quality and relations with clients (polite, cordial and professional). Hotel, garden, beach and pool - all wonderfully maintained. Excellent food. And great location. I recommend to everyone!

We had a company day out at this hotel recently. We were also given a room to rest. The pre-lunch bites were good. The lunch buffet spread was good too but for me there was no particular highlight. I saw my friends enjoying the crab curry. I think that particular dish would have tasted better if the claws were cracked. We ended the day outing with cake and tea around 5pm. It was a good day out for our staff.

It's a good place to stay and relax. We recently stayed here for two nights. The service was beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful specifically Ms. Lakmini and Ms. Samadhi, their service were great. Food was really good, rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall good experience. Highly recommended.
