Overall, it is a great place to stay to relax a bit. Upon arriving, we were told electricity was broken, so we did not have any power or air-conditioning in our room. Gladly, this was fixed after a few hours. There were 2 pools, which was great. We ordered 2 cocktails, but they were not good. Dinner, on the other hand, was great! Lots to choose from and quality was great. Rooms were clean and spacious, and had a great view on the beach.

We came for a one night stay and we checked the reviews and came. Overall im satisfied about the stay. We made a quick booking the day we came there expecting a sea view room and we got it. You get all the facilities you need there. nice calm environment. Beach is clean. Nice atmosphere.

We came to Goldi Sands after it was recommended by a friend. I need to say that our expectations were definitely exceeded!! The hotel is blessed with a WONDERFUL staff. They are very friendly and dedicated to serving their customers efficiently. Even though we came to the hotel to stay for one day, we extended our stay after experiencing the wonderful ambience, excellent food and perfect hospitality. Hats off to the general manager and those in charge for keeping up the standards of the hotel!

Goldi Sands is a slice of paradise close to the airport. The perfect place to start your journey in Sri Lanka and close to the airport for returning home. The staff are incredible and friendly, the rooms are luxurious and the food is sensational! I can't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to visit again, after two visits already!

The hotel was very good and luxurious with great food and access to the beach, making the location very good. The service is great and everyone is friendly. However, when we arrived in our room, there were stains in our bedsheets and the pool is not that safe as there are broken tiles and rocks, where my cousin and I cut ourselves.
