We had a fantastic family getaway here. The location was perfect, offering easy access to a clean, beautiful beach, and the pool was impeccably maintained. The dining experience was a highlight, every meal we had was excellent, the Sri Lankan dishes standing out for their incredible flavors and variety. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The bartender was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in serving us at the bar, instead repeatedly asking us to move to a table even when the bar area was empty. While we initially assumed this was due to a busy night, his attitude remained the same the following evening. This unprofessional behavior undermines the potential of what could be a great bar experience. I have shared this feedback with the manager and hope it will lead to improvements. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this place for its overall experience and value for money. The location, amenities, and dining make it a great choice for a family getaway.

A wonderful hotel in the style of the colonial era. Excellent beach and great location. Great hotel service, a manager who cares about quality and relations with clients (polite, cordial and professional). Hotel, garden, beach and pool - all wonderfully maintained. Excellent food. And great location. I recommend to everyone!

Stayed for 2 nights. The property is well maintained and utilities work very well. The best part is the staff of the place overall with a pleasant and pro customer attitude. The cleanliness across the hotel is top notch and the team takes lot of efforts in maintaining it so. The breakfast has wide variety and decent enough. The rooms are large and spacious. Only had a not so good experience at the beginning with the room. Assigned room no. 430 on 4th floor with twin beds. The door of this room faces the main road with lot of traffic whole day and night. The sound insulation is poor on this side and being a light sleeper, I could hear the sounds of vehicular traffic whole night and also early morning which wasn't good for sleep quality. The beds are with spring mattress and being single bed, it would shake all the time. Next day morning reported this to the reception and they were prompt enough in shifting the room to 441 which was away from the main road and quiet to a large extent. This time the bed assigned was a double bed which helped me sleeping well in the 2nd night. Only issue I didn't report was with water pressure in this room which was erratic and drop and rise suddenly. Overall otherwise a good stay with direct beach access which was nice.

Very clean and best service . Staff are friendly and promptly assisting. Good selection of wines and list of cocktails. M.D is on the floor checking services are adequate . Need a bit more entertainment.
