We celebrated our Engagement in this hotel and it was memorable. It was just small party but they made us overwhelming. The decoration of the reception tables were fantastic, the venue was cozy and luxury and the food was so delicious. I felt like I came home and I was not only the client. Thank you to all the banquet staffs with their thoughful and hospitable services. They also knew what's my favorite dessert and made it as a special gift on my meaningful day. Once again, thank you for everything and wish you guys health and luck.

The staff here were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to help us.. Every department, the restaurant staff the concierge the check-in andthe cleaning staff are all impeccable. Rooms and amenities were lovely, I highly recommend a Pool side room. We had the seafood buffet on Sunday night and oh my gosh, it was out of this world, We also went for a complimentary foot scrub and again the staff and professionalism were top-notch. Tara Served me in the Spa and she was great Not too far from the main attractions we just used to grab for a couple of dollars to get there. They do have free shuttles to major attractions, but we never actually made use of this as grabs are so convenient

We went here for Father’s Day family dinner and everything was just perfect. Good range of selections from appetizer, mains and dessert. Quiet, nice and intimate ambience. The highlight is the service. The staff, especially Kevin, was very friendly, helpful, attentive and always checks if everything is up to our expectations. They also speak very good English. We will definitely be back soon. ❤️

Our 3 night stay was at the end of a tour starting in Hanoi. From the time we stepped into Hotel all staff were very obliging very helpful and happy and smiley. While some staff were very good english speaking, all tried very hard to understand our requests and questions. I had advised prior to this stay it was my wife's birthday on our last day and what a treat it was. A beautiful Birthday Cake delivered to our room . Had birthday meal in restaurant and had special Menu with Wine. Brilliant Birthday. Great swimming pool, excellent bar service , nice spacious room very clean and ummy and Breakfasts. Can not recommend this Hotel highly enough.

We booked a premier room with a private balcony. The hotel is in a good location with every major attraction just a 10 minute ride away. It's a grand 5 star property. Buffet is good. Rooms are decent. Bathrooms are not that big but still decent. The staff is cooperative and friendly.
