I had an excellent stay at Equatorial Hotel in District 5. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both local and international choices. The highlight of my stay at Equatorial Hotel was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. They always greeted me with a smile and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality truly made the whole experience unforgettable. The location is also convenient, just a short ride to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, and the city center. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City, and I look forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions, and they even provide a complimentary shuttle bus to District 1, which made it easy for me to travel around Ho Chi Minh City. I recently stayed at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City with my family, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel excels in hospitality — the staff are extremely courteous and attentive. The breakfast spread was rich and diverse, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Indian tea along with three authentic Indian dishes thoughtfully included in the buffet. A special highlight of our stay was my wife’s birthday. Upon informing Duty Manager Tayce, the housekeeping team went above and beyond by decorating our room beautifully with towels, flowers, and balloons. When my wife returned from sightseeing, she was greeted with this wonderful surprise, which made her day — and mine as well. It’s a cherished memory we’ll always hold dear. A big thank you to the entire team at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, for making our stay so memorable!
