We would really struggle to fault this hotel, brilliantly run and a great location overlooking a lovely sandy beach. Buffet food excellent and the Japanese restaurant well worth a visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were great and actually looked like they enjoyed their work. Spa treatment was first class as were the gym facilities. One small criticism is that the sun beds by the pool are very close together, but the beach is a great option. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful holiday, I’m sure we”ll be back!

We stayed in February as a family holiday for 7 nights, I was quite excited as the hotel is one of the reasons for us to choose going to fuerteventura. The view from the main dining area at daytime is spectacular and the beach nearby is amazing with fine white sand, water is clear and the surrounding area is unspoiled. Food is one of the best among all the 5 star hotels I tried in Canary Islands, we had lobsters for two nights as choices which is highlight of my stay.
The only disappointment about the hotel (the reason I give 4stars) is the room view, I paid extra for side sea views, it’s not worth the extra at all, I can only see a tiny bit of the sea, all we face every day is the car park and the road. We usually stay at balcony a lot to enjoy views when we choose a 5 star hotel, but this time I didn’t use the balcony at all, it’s just not nice view as I expected. I stayed at various 5 star hotels, sometimes we book just standard double room, each time we always find good views whether it’s sea or not, unfortunately I didn’t like my balcony views this time.

Spent seven days here all-inclusive with a baby (11 months). Almost perfect! The staff is super nice, professional, and great with kids. The quality and variety of food is very good, with quick and friendly service. Dinners get busy, but even with a full restaurant you don’t feel like it’s crowded, the waiting times for stations (meat, pasta) are a few minutes tops. The hotel is about to be renovated, so some of the decor feels a bit outdated, but everything is well maintained and clean so you won’t even notice after the first night. The only thing that you should consider is that this hotel mainly caters to older German tourists, so the average age here is about 60 :). It is not “adult only” and again, everyone is super nice to the few children that come here, just don’t expect the focus to entertain the kids (playgrounds, activities, clubs etc.).

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, nice touches such as walking round offering cocktails by the sunbed.Great food with fish and meat cooked to order. Only downside as someone who is gluten intolerant the gluten free items are in a cabinet and require a member of staff to serve you which I didn't like as I was often stood waiting.

We loved everything about it! Great room with full beach and sea view, accommodating and smiling staff, lovely food from the extensive buffet in the restaurant; plus all of the benefits of the all-inclusive package - this was the first time we had this and were impressed by the choice of food and drinks included. Everything was made so easy by the layout of the hotel and the friendly staff.
We will be staying here again!
