A fantastic resort with the best staff, food and location. We went all inclusive and it was great value for money and high quality stuff on offer - we couldn't find fault in any of it.
The resort itself is within a reasonable beach walk of Corralejo but frankly, I'd sooner hang around the resorts pool or beach area. Great pool side service and a very relaxing area.
Because the pool area is enclosed it tends to take much lesser wind battering whereas the beach does feel much windier.
Overall, a really fantastic place and one of the better all inclusive places we've visited. I would wager this is the best hotel/resort in Fuerteventura - we saw some others and they didn't come close to this.

Our second time at this hotel. We have love this hotel as it offers a beautiful pool, spa , gym, beach area and piers, beautiful bar area, night and day time entertainment. Breakfast choices are amazing. Rebecca the omelette maker made the best omelettes of the week. Only thing would like at breakfast is more variety of fruit including strawberries and pineapple.
The hotel is super clean and lovely and quiet and peaceful. Perfect couple getaway.
Reception and door staff very helpful.
We had a pool view room which was perfect for us. Very clean and has everything you need in a room. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night which was sheltered.
The pool area is beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers. Pool staff, maintenance staff and life guards work very hard to keep the pool area tidy and clean.
Cleaners are all very friendly and do a great job.
Great to be able to go into the sea off the jetty. If you love snorkeling, the fish are amazing to see.
We have noticed a few things that need addressing
1. Spa area steam room a lot of the titles are missing.
2. Some of the pool loungers need repairing, some of wheels kept coming off and the cushions were ripped.
3. Dressing gowns in the rooms are too small unless you are a size 0 body.
4. More staff needed by the pool for drinks orders.
Other than these things this hotel is amazing and worth a visit. We look forward to returning back in the future.

Wow an absolutely amazing five star hotel in a beautiful setting by the ocean. Everyone working here has made our holiday. Always smiling and helpful they cannot do enough for you. We were bed and breakfast and the food and choice was phenomenal. Lovely pools,always someone asking if you needed drinks etc. Nightly entertainment in the bar a truly memorable experience...cannot wait to return

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. This was our third visit in two years we like it so much. From arriving to leaving we enjoyed every minute. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival and a glass of fizz got us off to a great start. We had a pool view room again this time as we like to sit on the balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was clean and big and every day was cleaned to a high standard. A wide choice of food was available and as we went fully inclusive all the additional restaurants were included Canarian, Japanese, Italian and one called Olio. The Market Cafe was the main restaurant which was buffet style and had a wonderful choice of fresh food. A great choice of breakfasts and in the evening there were fresh fish, prawns, steak, chicken etc that were cooked as you waited .the starters in themselves made a great meal . Every evening there was music in the bar with a great choice of drinks. All the staff in the hotel work incredibly hard and are a great asset to the hotel . Then there is the massive hydrotherapy pool sauna and steam which you can use free of charge every day. This was a good way to spend the end of an afternoon . The hotel has two outdoor pools in the middle of the hotel which was a good place to have them preventing any wind. The private beach area has beds and screens and it was wonderful listening to waves crashing onto the beach . Corralejo is a short walk . We liked to take the beach walk and then come back by taxi at euros4-5. We will definitely be back again. It’s our go to winter place and every time we go back we enjoy it just as much . Hyatt should be very proud of the staff that work there.

We had in February a wonderful 10 days in Secrets Bahia Resort.
Some of the restaurants could be improved
The Buffet menu was superb as were the waiters and waitresses
chefs etc.
The Rendezvous evening entertainment was am afraid was in the main rather amateurish.
The staff in all parts of the hotel are professional, friendly always helpful. The pool areas were five star as was the spar areas
