Our second time at this hotel. We have love this hotel as it offers a beautiful pool, spa , gym, beach area and piers, beautiful bar area, night and day time entertainment. Breakfast choices are amazing. Rebecca the omelette maker made the best omelettes of the week. Only thing would like at breakfast is more variety of fruit including strawberries and pineapple.
The hotel is super clean and lovely and quiet and peaceful. Perfect couple getaway.
Reception and door staff very helpful.
We had a pool view room which was perfect for us. Very clean and has everything you need in a room. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night which was sheltered.
The pool area is beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers. Pool staff, maintenance staff and life guards work very hard to keep the pool area tidy and clean.
Cleaners are all very friendly and do a great job.
Great to be able to go into the sea off the jetty. If you love snorkeling, the fish are amazing to see.
We have noticed a few things that need addressing
1. Spa area steam room a lot of the titles are missing.
2. Some of the pool loungers need repairing, some of wheels kept coming off and the cushions were ripped.
3. Dressing gowns in the rooms are too small unless you are a size 0 body.
4. More staff needed by the pool for drinks orders.
Other than these things this hotel is amazing and worth a visit. We look forward to returning back in the future.

Wow an absolutely amazing five star hotel in a beautiful setting by the ocean. Everyone working here has made our holiday. Always smiling and helpful they cannot do enough for you. We were bed and breakfast and the food and choice was phenomenal. Lovely pools,always someone asking if you needed drinks etc. Nightly entertainment in the bar a truly memorable experience...cannot wait to return

We picked this holiday as a flying flop destination and it’s really could not be better. Temperature is lovely around 20° in January. We actually arrive for New Year’s which was a lovely celebration here with super fireworks. There’s also a beautiful indoor heated pool virtually 25 m which we used every morning and there’s also a well equipped gym.-This does get busy first thing in the morning but I tend to go about 3 o’clock in the afternoon And could get on all machines. There are four integral restaurants that we booked into during our 12 day stay and the food was super. There is also something called the marketplace where there is a buffet style lunch and dinner all high-quality food with loads of fresh fruit and vegetables. We will certainly be coming back. This is an adults only Hotel so great if you just want peace and quiet.

This is the second time for me at this wonderful hotel. The staff are always so friendly. The rooms are a home from home with comfortable chairs and for me a wonderful special handicap bathroom. Love the warm Spa and some lovely A la carte restaurants and the outside pool area is just beautiful. Adults only is a big plus for me too. If you wish to have a relaxing holiday I highly recommend this hotel. There is only one very small note for the management. I very much miss a small mirror in the bedroom by the desk-dressing table. I had noted someone else mentioning this, so I brought a small mirror myself. I would like to thank the staff and management for looking after me so very well.

Lovely relaxing holiday, stayed here for two weeks for my birthday and the hotel kindly delivered a cake to our room, without being prompted. Only left the hotel once for a stroll into Corralejo which was a bit like going into Blackpool after the peace and quiet at the hotel. The food at the hotel was high quality, if a bit repetitive when staying for two weeks. I would return for the desserts alone as they were fantastic. There were ample sun beds around the pool. The main pool was freezing, however, the smaller one was bearable to cool off in with a quick swim. Waiter service round the pool was good. Nice that there was a book exchange at the towel station with lots of choice.
The evening entertainment was not to my taste, a bit too jazzy and as there was only one bar open for after dinner drinks it was hard to avoid it!
Rooms were sufficient, and kept spotless with a turn down service to replenish the towels etc.
All the staff were helpful and very friendly and I had no complaints whatsoever.
Good base if you just want to chill out by the pool and relax, not much going on to entertain during the day if that is your thing.
