During our recent nine-day stay at your hotel, I was unfortunately let down by the dining service, especially for a five-star establishment. While the ambiance and food quality were commendable, the overall service did not meet my expectations.
One notable issue was the breakfast experience. I found it surprising that I had to dress the table myself for breakfast throughout my stay, with the table being set only once in 9dqys. In a five-star hotel, I would expect a more attentive and accommodating service during meals.
Additionally, we experienced significant delays with our meals during dinner. It took approximately 50 minutes to receive our appetizers and another 25 minutes for the main courses. The wait staff seemed to be walking around without checking in on us, failing to ask if we wanted refills for our drinks or if we needed anything else. They also did not proactively clear dirty or empty plates and glasses from our table, which created a cluttered dining experience.
Despite these dining failures, I must commend the hotel for its beautiful ambiance and well-appointed rooms, which truly reflect the standards of a five-star hotel in Europe. Overall, I hope the management addresses these service issues, as they detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

We have visited the Hotel appartments twice. The apartments are not part of the actual hotel but are managed by it. We did not use the actual hotel. On both occasions when picking up the key upon arrival we got that feeling that we were looked down on and not feeling welcomed by the staff. The apartments were nice and clean though. Kitchen, eating and relaxing area in the same room and 2 smaller separate bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. A big terrasse. Shared pool - one pool for every 20-30 apartments. It is a big area. Some 20 pools in total.
BEWARE - we had booked our third trip to spend a week this summer - 6 months in advance. Just the day before arrival, the hotel cancelled our booking for no reason. I called them immediately and got a verbal confirmation that the booking was still active. My wife had a bad felling and in the evening before arrival, she called them hotel for yet another confirmation. This time the hotel clerk told us, that we (which we had not) had cancelled the booking and there were no other rooms free he could book us for. The clerk then hung up on us. By checking a few other booking sites the same evening we had several options to book the same apartments but to a much higher price. The booking agency told us, that unfortunately they had experienced this before…they offered us a descent compensation. But we cannot recommend to book here, if you want assuredness on your booking. We travel a lot and have never experienced something similar.

This is not our first stay at this resort.
We cannot fault the staff that work here - everyone, and I mean everyone is tripping over themselves to make your stay pleasant.
A special shout for the management who are clearly running a happy ship!
But most of all the staff in the pool bars and restaurants who work tirelessly and always have a smile.
The life guards and animation team ( jazmin, Alvaro, Jose Carlos) who became part of our holiday and were beyond friendly us.
Giving just the right level of attention and care at all times.

Only played the golf course and used the club house, so I can't comment on the rooms. Course was fantastic, in good condition. The greens were very Sandy and difficult to judge the speed on putting out. Pro shop and club house were very friendly, helpful staff, providing excellent quality of service. I would fully recommend a round if you're in the area.

Got the cheap deal for the golf course due to maintenance going on so I can't be too harsh on the sandy greens. Overall it's a decent course. Got some nice water obstacles and bunkers. Should be a decent course once the works are complete. There was one hole on the 13th I think were you cannot use drivers or 3 woods etc, but I don't mind, I like the challenge of using a club I wouldn't normally use! Good value
