Notorious Ink Stockholm
The overall experience was super good, amazing breakfast, spa and staff. I do want to thank one of the staff Jose who’s working in the reception, such a good service! Exceptional really! He helped us with everything, explained everything very good and made us feel very welcomed. He also helped us extend our stay with one more night, everything was in order and he arranged all of it super fast for us. A special thank you to Jose!

This hotel was exceeded my expectations! It is gorgeous inside and out. The views from floor 1 were excellent of the ocean and pool. There are 3 huge outdoor pools 1 beautiful indoor pool. We visited in June and the hotel was full, but felt empty. We loved pool towel policy regarding reserving chairs. It's not allowed and people actually complied. There were plenty of chairs available at all times, sun and shade. Pools were quiet and empty. LOVED IT! UPDATE: I forgot to mention that the rooms are outdated, but still clean and comfortable. There wasn't a light in the shower, so it was dark, but had great water pressure. Also, only sheets on the bed, no comforter, but blankets in the closet.

Fabulous hotel with great pool area, lovely public areas and great air con. Pool area great for adults and children. Breakfast at hotel had good variety and staff lovely and helpful . Dinner offered a wide variety of fish and meat . Entertainment in hotel very good especially a great violinist .

A lovely stay but this is not even close to a 5 star hotel, I would say it is a great 4 star hotel. The rooms are just a little tired and in one our AC did not work. The breakfast whilst accommodating just lacks the hot buffet options top of the range hotels have. We stayed in two rooms so got to see what the ocean view and rear view was like. I would always go for the pool view or ocean view as the rear view is just a road and is noisy. The entrance foyer is lovely and the staff are great. Just for the 5 star price you are paying the place needs to work on the little touches.

Spa was fantastic. We walked in as outside guests. Receptionist was super helpful. It was heaven. We went for lunch after at one of the hotel restaurants which was exceptional. Staff are so friendly in the reception too.
