I DONT RECOMMEND IT this place, especially for women, as it made me feel unsafe and like I was being scammed.
Everything was fine until the incident during our check-out.
At check-out, a staff member went to inspect the room and found a small stain on the sheets and a bit on the blanket. My period had started unexpectedly during the night, so naturally, there was some spotting, but it wasn’t severe and certainly not all over the bed.
Instead of handling the situation discreetly, they brought the sheets and blankets to the reception and asked me in front of everyone what it was. I can't begin to explain how embarrassed and uncomfortable I felt. In today’s world, people should understand what a period is and handle it with more sensitivity. Bringing the sheets out in public was unnecessary when they could have simply taken a photo and spoken to me privately.
To make matters worse, they took my deposit of 300,000 rupiah. They showed me a list where it stated that damage to blankets costs 417,000 rupiah. Then, the woman at reception said that for this type of "damage," it actually costs 600,000 rupiah, but she kindly "negotiated" it down to 300,000 rupiah. It was clear this was just a scam, and it made me feel incredibly disrespected. It’s so disappointing to see them take advantage of something that women have no control over, and to publicly shame someone in such a way at the reception.
I've traveled to Bali and many other countries, and I've never experienced anything like this. If your period starts unexpectedly while staying at this hotel, be prepared for them to display your stained sheets at reception and try to scam you over it.
It’s a scam hotel. They will try to charge you at any cost. I didn’t find the room key and they charge me 100k. They charge 500k because the cleaning team said i smoked in the room while this is not true at all. The hotel is made to overcharge you. Think twice before you book

Unfortunately it wasn’t good place to stay for one night before departure. Hotel has bad wifi connection so if you want to work it could be problem. In the morning at 6 am when we left the hotel - our room was check to unlock deposit- it was our passports. Reception member checked room and he said that in the towel is dirty stain and he couldn’t wash it. It was cost 100.000 rp. Generally towels were grey not white and it wasn’t because of us. How it is possible to think that it isnt to wash when it wasn’t wash in wash/machine. I felt disappointed. It wasn’t discreted ,it was in a lobby.
And second issue we asked for breakfast take away one day before because our flight was in the morning. They prepared cold 2 eggs dry bread and little jams in a big box instead of sandwich - simple things..
I felt disgusted and I don’t recommend.

Great budget place to stay. Comfortable and large room and parking. Calm and safe place. Great location near the water sport and the beach. The only minus thing is the bathroom, I hope they do full size sticker on bathroom for more privacy or renov the changing room area to bathroom for larger space.

Terrible service. I don’t recommend this hotel. The towels were rather unclean from the start but we didn’t bother to change them since it was rather a budget stay. and upon the check out we got charged 100000rp for stain on a towel that couldn’t be washed. How do you know that without using washing machine in the first place. We were rushing for the airport so I wasn’t able to argue, but it was a pure rip off. The guy had a list of like 50 things that you pay for at the check-out. Like it was all planned. Other thing was a take away breakfast that we received, since it was 6am. We used to get nice sets of food in other hotels, this time it was raw bread with cold boiled eggs. Prison food must be better. Another minus is very poor WiFi - max 4 mbps and low security. If you need to work, don’t go there. Other small things: to call an elevator you need to push the button like 10 times before you hit the spot. Good thing was a location, near restaurants and watersports, 30 mins drive from the airport +15 for room check and ripoff.

I would like to preface this review with we paid $291,000/(or $28 aud) pernight through Agoda (so did not come into this with 5 star expectations) and this is not to discredit the hotel - intended more a note for future traveler’s to manage their expectations.
We booked for 6 nights and left after 4.
Previously stayed at fourteen roses in Legian - highly recommend this if you’re looking for $40/night around this area.
The hotel staff were always nice, friendly & helpful (though some front desk staff struggled with English).
The hotel itself is the issue - every room was mouldy. Every bathroom leaked into the plaster around, as did the aircon units above the door so the rooms constantly smelt mouldy and fusty and gave us headaches.
The general atmosphere was just that there was none, felt desolate and like it was going out of business.
The swim up pool bar was never manned and looked like it had not been used in years, there was also only 2 sun lounges and absolutely no shade (stands for umbrellas or anything).
Breakfast was not included in our package - one day we paid 60500 each (2 of us) for ala’cart menu and was ok, nothing fancy but hearty enough for the money paid, though the next day they had a tour group through and it was 120,000 per person and the food was very average, lacking in selection and quality. One man who came in about half an hour after us paid and then asked for more and they were reluctant to make anymore for him. (It is difficult as not a lot of places open at 7 in the morning).
The dining area has a glass walled pigeon Avery attached which rats were running through.
Location - it is what it is - our opinion is if your staying somewhere that isn’t really near a lot of attractions you want to be able to stay at the hotel and enjoy the pool (sit in the shade etc).
Rooms - no privacy - glass between bed and toilet and a weird both way swinging door between shower and toilet, didn’t have liquid hand soap (small gripe I know but still). Also if you are 6 foot expect to be sitting on the toilet with your knees against the wall in front of you.
Overall - for $28 aud per night it is definitely on the cheaper side of things but I still wouldn’t expect the room to be mouldy and give us headaches.
Didn’t get any photos of the rats but the mould I did on my way out.
Safe travels!
