Great hotel poop etc Great food choices but main issue is the service mega mega slow took.ages to get just drinks most the time. Seems not to be well managed enough staff no leadership no urgency too much chatting to each other. Management need to address this as such a lovely hotel and products

Wow! This is a beautiful resort conveniently located close to Sami but not in Sami. They have the best staff ever, top to bottom. The staff could not be more helpful or joyful. The food is excellent from the extensive breakfast to the superb dinners. The grounds are perfect, the fitness center has everything you need, the pool is great and they even have lounge chairs right by the sea. The Ionian Emerald Resort totally deserves it's 5 star rating.

Wow! The design and layout of the resort is perfect with a high standard of finishes throughout. The staff are so polite and care so much about your visit. Everywhere is so clean and the food was amazing. Cocktails by the pool are an extra pleasure.

I just loved everything about the facilities and the services. It's small, luxury and very clean. The location is also amazing. The stuff was always kind and professional. I also had a massage at the spa and it became my holiday highlight. I highly recommend it if you want to visit Kefalonia island

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Kefalonia. 5 stars for Kefalonia, 4 if you've spent months in five stars hotels Overall good experience: - very nice staff - great pool - the room sea view was actually sea view - good location (but not great, but then again it's very difficult to build a hotel where the beach is perfect) - top quality shower gel - excellent orange juice at breakfast - reception booked our boat trip at the standard rate, they did not charge extra! Quite rare and nice behavior Things to improve: - attitude of the pool bar ladies (seriously, you can't discriminate in favor of certain nations in 2023) - chicken burger (more of a chicken nuggets burger) - variety and quality of food (meat / cheese) at breakfast - stop putting baking soda and so much salt in the pancakes. Use soda and milk instead, you get the same result - waterproof the shower door so water won't get into the middle of the bathroom
