The dining options were exceptional, with a wide range of international cuisines prepared to perfection. A special thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service and kindness — always attentive, courteous, and eager to make our stay perfect. I had an amazing experience at Jumeirah celebrating my wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and the ambiance was fantastic. The only downside is that the location is a bit far, so if you plan to head somewhere else afterward, be prepared for about an hour’s drive. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but overall, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Their attentiveness, coupled with their joyful and proactive attitude, was simply remarkable. I would like to thank everyone for making our stay comfortable and beautiful, it was truly an unforgettable night. A special thanks from the start to ZAINAB from reservations who was very helpful and made the booking easy, and to MOHAMMED (although I’m not sure about his full name) who welcomed us and took care of us from the moment we arrived. A big thank you as well to ALLY at the reception and to everyone there, especially all the staff at the pools and the beach from the entrance gate to the lifeguards, they were all amazing, helpful and responsive. This will definitely not be my last visit and I’m excited to come back soon 🤍🌴🌊

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at Jumeirah Gulf Hotel in Bahrain. The room conditions were unacceptable — stains on the carpet, a broken kettle, a fridge that didn’t work, and an empty mini bar. At check-in, they even refused to accept a card as a deposit, which was very inconvenient. One of the managers, a foreign lady in a suit, was extremely rude and unprofessional in her attitude, which made the whole stay even worse. The room service food was also of very poor quality and definitely not what you would expect from a hotel carrying the Jumeirah name. Overall, I will never repeat my stay here, and I strongly recommend looking for other options in Bahrain that actually value their guests.
