I recently stayed at the Jumeirah Hotel and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff across the property. A special mention goes to Ali from the beach security team, who was consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. His presence made us feel secure and well looked after, while his warm demeanor added a personal touch to our beachside experience. At the Italian restaurant Due Mare, Kirthin, Aby, and Kuldep delivered impeccable service. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured every part of our dining experience was flawless. The food was excellent, but it was their attentiveness and hospitality that made the meal truly memorable. At reception, Farah and Simon stood out for their warm welcome and efficiency. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and genuine approach to guest care really set the tone for our stay. Overall, Jumeirah continues to uphold its reputation for luxury and top-tier service. The team members mentioned above went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making our visit so special. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very far away with no nearby services. This is coupled with hotel restaurants that close earlier than stated. - The Lebanese restaurant (which closes at 12am) will try to send you away 1 hour before closing time, and if you happen to be already there, they will constantly reminde that they're about to close. - The Lounge which is supposed to close at 2am, had their doors shut all night because of a private event, that finished around 11.30pm, yet they refused entry and stated they're closed. - Being stuck far away from everything, you have no option but to end the night early. Complaining to the front desk, they wrote a report, and promised to make ammends by late check out. We had our check-out set at 3pm originally since check-in, so we called to request an additional 2 hours as promised. They offered that with an additional payment of BD100. When asked about the promise, they simply said they are at high occupancy and we can either pay or leave on time keeping in mind it was the last day of weekend and everyone is checking out, and having a paid option doesn't reflect high occupancy. - The beach doesn't have umbrellas on all chairs, and you have to race to get one, or catch a leaving party. - The beach service doesn't serve hot drinks, only iced. I ordered ice latte, it came without ice 😅 - The service button at beach/pool is merely decoration. You have to catch a waiter passing by. - The QR for beach menu is useless. Once you start asking for items from it, they will ask you to stick to paper menu options, which does have hot drinks which they dont serve 😅 - The beach service is very slow, around 1 hour for order to reach. - The spa only have one female therapist who is booked all day. She is also the pedicure specialist. - Food quality is average. - Buggy service is very fast when needed. - Cleanliness is 3/5 all around. - The most aggressive receptionist would be Omayma, who insisted that we don't get the promised late checkout, and insisted to come collect the late checkout fees from the room at 4.45pm, just 15 minutes before departure with no reason as to why this can wait until we come to front desk. I believe I received +10 calls and door knocking telling me I need to leave You'll be better off at Marasi hotels or Sofitel Al Zallaq. Much better service, proximity to other services, and mostly cheaper.

They have an offer every weekdays I believe for BD22net . - breakfast included - 15 minutes head / shoulders massage - All day pool and beach access A great way to give yourself a mini treat. You need to book in advance for this especially with spa coz they are often busy . Overall was a nice mini getaway

I would like to thank everyone for making our stay comfortable and beautiful, it was truly an unforgettable night. A special thanks from the start to ZAINAB from reservations who was very helpful and made the booking easy, and to MOHAMMED (although I’m not sure about his full name) who welcomed us and took care of us from the moment we arrived. A big thank you as well to ALLY at the reception and to everyone there, especially all the staff at the pools and the beach from the entrance gate to the lifeguards, they were all amazing, helpful and responsive. This will definitely not be my last visit and I’m excited to come back soon 🤍🌴🌊
