I was amazed by the welcoming staff in the property. Family friendly hotel attached to the Galleria and a top option for families. Clean beach and facilities.. I find myself thankful to Mr. Ahmad Naji, who was very humble and patient in accommodating my needs and providing options suiting my family stay. Honestly, a neat and contemporary hotel with varietal options and amenities.. Highly recommend for families and solos. A bit pricey but an enriching experience.

Vida has a good location and amenities, but the service experience fell far short of expectations. After the first night, we upgraded from the standard 36m² room to a suite with more space. Two days later, however, a foul smell began spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom and living area. It took a technician over an hour to identify the issue as a broken fan. The reception’s solution was to move us to another room at 12:30 a.m., when my family was already asleep. As compensation, they only offered a complimentary breakfast. What should have been provided was a refund for the disrupted night was refused. Overall, what could have been an enjoyable stay turned into a frustrating experience due to poor resolution and lack of accountability. For the price charged and the reputation claimed, this was a disappointing return on value. In hospitality, making a first impression is easy, but making it last requires consistent service and on that front, Vida failed.

An absolutely fantastic place for kids! My children had an unforgettable time at the Kids Club, and every detail was wonderful. The activities were varied and engaging, and the space felt very safe and clean. A huge thank you to the amazing staff, Julie and Christina, for their kindness and professionalism. Their interaction with the children was so warm and special; they made my kids feel happy and comfortable the entire time. We highly recommend this club to any family looking for a safe and fun environment for their children.

Beginning with the ambience, the location, the amenities, the beach, the staff, and the rooms it has all been a great experience for me and my family. I personally had my birthday at this place and I could say it was worth every expense. I am beyond grateful for the staffs here who were all so nice and helpful with a special mention to one of the managers, Ms. Kristine, who helped us at the reception and a big big mention to my personal and close friend James whose been so helpful to my family throughout the whole experience. He’s not only shown politeness but respectfulness as well and because of him our stay here at Vida has been amazing! Would love to visit again soon.
