*A Truly Outstanding Experience at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat* We’ve spent a week at the Kempinski Hotel in Muscat, and so far, it has been an absolutely outstanding experience. We truly enjoyed our vacation so much. The entire hotel is perfectly organized. It runs like a Swiss watch, and everything works flawlessly. It’s amazing how well this hotel is managed. As a entrepreneur, you almost feel envious seeing how well-organized they are. From the management to every single employee, everything has functioned perfectly. Everyone seems motivated, which allowed us to enjoy the best vacation of our lives. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and are looking forward to our remaining days here.

Winston Churchill After reading the above I decided to go for a cigar at 1897 in Kempinski Muscat, and unfortunately, it left me with mixed feelings. On a positive note, the service provided by Jude was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. His professionalism truly stood out, and he certainly deserves recognition for making our experience better than it could have been. However, the experience was marred by a few disappointing factors. The snacks served were underwhelming, especially considering the premium price point of the venue. For a place that positions itself as a luxury destination, I expected much better quality and variety. Additionally, the cigar selection (please update your online cigar list) was a major letdown. Out of the 12+ listed on the menu, they only had two available, which was incredibly disappointing for those of us who were looking forward to a broader selection to enjoy with our drinks. Overall, my love for Kempinski has definitely taken a hit after this visit. It's not a cheap place, and I had higher expectations for both the food and the experience as a whole. I sincerely hope they address these issues in the future, as it’s a beautiful setting with potential. For now, I’ll wish them luck and hope they improve. Thank you.

+ Great, very modern hotel with incredibly nice and attentive staff (especially Mr Mark and Mr Aung). Check in took a while but the delay was made up with a bottle of wine and good cheese plate. Suite 5119 was very pleasant with a perfect view. Good beds, awesome bathroom with all amenities. Excellent food in quality and variety. Close to the airport but no noise noticeable. - a little shortness of umbrellas

Housekeeping service & Arti were amazing. Fabulous stay, with lovely ambiance. The beach was the perfect backdrop to a delicious meal on the terrace. This hotel is a must stay when you visit Muscat. Totally luxury, friendly staff, superb service, highly recommended.
