We had the most wonderful stay at The Chedi – it was truly the perfect spot to reset and recharge. The atmosphere is serene, the property beautifully maintained, and everything felt effortless. What really made our experience so special were the incredible people. A heartfelt and very special thank you to Pandyian at the pool – his kindness, care, and friendly nature made us feel so welcome every single day. He is truly a gem! Also, Vina and Mani from the restaurant were simply amazing, always greeting us with such warmth and making every meal a joy. It’s the people who create the soul of a place, and at The Chedi they made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

The Chedi is the best most relaxing hotel in Oman. The service is always exceptional. We especially enjoy the Restaurant. The staff is always so hospitable and friendly and accommodating. The service is beyond compare and they will do anything to make you happy. Whatever my children request even if it’s not on the menu they do their best to fulfill the request especially Maribel Karna Kisher and Dennis and all the Restaurant staff. I always have an enjoyable and fun evening or brunch there! They treat you truly like family!

The rooms were super comfy and clean. The resort itself is spacious, with several pools, plus a private pool, gym, and spa—which was a great bonus. That said, the place could use some upgrading. Service wasn’t up to standard, especially considering the prices. The restaurant had okay food, but it was overpriced for what it was—Michelin star rates without the experience. It felt like we were being served by someone still in training. Breakfast had a good selection and tasted fine, but the atmosphere felt rushed. The staff seemed constantly stressed, which impacted the overall vibe. Overall, it was a good stay. I’d consider coming back if service improves.

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Chedi Muscat. The hotel is incredibly spacious, giving a unique sense of calm and openness—you feel like you’re in a palace built within a vast, beautifully designed space. The three pools, especially the iconic Long Pool, made every moment by the water a pleasure. I was particularly impressed by the gym: modern, well-equipped, and beautifully arranged. As a fan of Pilates, I was thrilled to find a reformer machine available—such a rare and thoughtful touch. Our room was large, elegant, and very comfortable. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel every day, and it was a highlight of the stay—varied, abundant, and full of delicious international and local specialties. I could go on and on about the architecture and design, but what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. I’ve visited many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. Every team member was smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel not like guests, but like friends at home. The personal recommendations and warmth they shared will stay with me for a long time. Thank you to everyone at The Chedi Muscat for your outstanding hospitality. You made our stay unforgettable.

The Chedi Muscat is a serene, beautifully designed resort that combines Omani charm with minimalist elegance. From the stunning 103-meter Long Pool to the peaceful private beach and world-class spa, every detail is immaculate. Rooms are luxurious and tranquil, service is impeccable, and the food especially at The Beach Restaurant is exceptional. A true oasis in Muscat and well worth the splurge.
