If u are looking for the best hotel which is family friendly as well, I personally recommend this one. First, the location from Phuket international airport is not that bad it’s a one hour and thirty minutes drive, when we first checked in the staffs were attending to all of our following questions they were very patient to us and kindly explained to us whenever they saw us not just the receptionist the other staff they always said hi to us and smiled. The rooms here is very clean tidy and beautiful the view of the rooms were of the beautiful clean pool down stairs. There is also a kids club with many wonderful staffs and a beach with a beautiful sunset. Overall we would be pleased to come back here again more than once, this is probably the best hotel we have stayed at so far I definitely recommend this one for everyone that has family’s. ✨🐚

We recently stayed for 8 nights. This resort was amazing! Rooms clean, spacious and soundproof! Staff went above and beyond for us especially since it was my husband’s birthday during our stay. They decorated our room and made him feel special. Food at the resort was great, a lot of variety. We will definitely be coming back 🙏🏼.

5 stars and not crazy expensive. Love love this place. Perfect for families with lots of kids activities. The staff at the hotel are also lovely and rooms are beautiful. Welcome to paradise with the pool overlooking the beach.only drawback is no bathtub in pool access rooms and limited Indian veg options in breakfast

Overall nice hotel, private beach was clean and staffs on the restaurants were friendly especially to our daughter Annisa. What we did not like were : 1. More than 2 or 3 times electricity was short time turn off. For 5 star hotel we never had something like this. 2. They didn't prepared the bed for my daughter so the sofa bed was still look like a sofa, not kids bed! Very disappointed for 5 star resort even we stayed 10 nights that's make them still not care! 3. Room on the last day smell like strong chemicals (new painted wall). They said they renovate few rooms. 4. The sent our daughter back on the afternoon even less than 2 hours kids club which never happened to me in the 5 star resort. 5. The beach grill restaurants made water milkshakes means tasted like water almost no sugar 🤣.

I had never considered staying at Le Meridian Hotel (I don't know why), but I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at Le Meridian Khao Lak. We got upgraded to Studio Suite. The room was big, spacious, and cozy. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. It didn't rain during the day, but my partner and I chose to stay in our room instead of sightseeing :-) I highly recommend this hotel. The chef of in room dining prepared off the menu meal for us. The spa was great and the staff were friendly and pleasant. 1 suggestion : Staff should ask the guests if they want anything because the breakfast buffet will be closed in 10 minutes. Otherwise, everything is good. Highly recommended.
