Beautiful hotel with modern and spacious rooms. Great breakfast. This hotel provided one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I requested a late checkout until 3 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a complimentary extension until 2 p.m. Since we had already arranged to switch hotels for the following days, the staff kindly offered us a free shuttle service to our next hotel using their Khao Lak Centre shuttle bus. This thoughtful gesture truly exceeded my expectations. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Loved every minute! From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you! The food and drinks were excellent and the breakfast offered a huge variety. The private beach and free canoeing/paddle boarding was a huge highlight - as well as the free activities (such a mediation yoga)! Our room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. They made it so easy to book trips and gave us advice and guidance! Although the hotel is a bit far out from the town, they make every effort with free shuttle buses regularly to and from Khao Lak so that it is easy and accessible for everyone. No complaints at all, we will definitely be back in the future. 🙌🏻🌴

3-4 star hotel. The staff at the reception are very nice and informative, but there's no staff at all around the hotel, if you wish to order something to drink you'd have to do it yourself (this is a 5 star resort). Woken up by poor room isolation once and second by a technician who fixed something in the next room - drilling and such (this is a 5 star resort right?). Quite a poor breakfast with a lot of flies touching the food. You have to order the eggs by yourself and grab coffee by yourself (this is a 5 star resort, RIGHT?) after enjoying other 4 star hotels in Thailand - this is not a 5 star resort at all. The coffee at the resort is expensive and of a seriously bad quality. The one and only 5 star thing about this hotel is the Lamoon spa, I highly recommend Sandy and Yin, true professionals.

Spent a weekend here. Very comfortable, spacious room. There's a private access to the beach which is well maintained by the hotel staff. The pool was nice enough but there were not enough seats or loungers for everyone. Our dinner at Tin Terrace is mostly good. Excellent service from the staff. Food wise closer to a 4 star delivery. They could really do away with the fire show, what a mess... Could have carried on with the live music or even just nice chill background music. Overall a good experience. Well done 👍🏽

Went for my honeymoon and it was average at best. The resort is nice looking but unless you get a private villa it really isn’t worth the price. We had a grand pool room with a “private pool” but those private pools are just overlooking the sidewalk to the actual pool and isn’t private at all. The room was very nice and the resort and beach are very pretty but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The biggest negative for me was the customer service. I unfortunately made an error when I did the booking and booked the room a day before we planned to arrive. Once I explained the error I made to the hotel, they said they would not do anything to help but I was more than welcome to just pay for another night. So we ended up paying for 3 nights and staying 2. I understand I made an error in the booking and they don’t want to lose money but I was hoping they would at least be slightly helpful. They were absolutely zero help and the room was obviously available. We also were there for our honeymoon and our room key had to be changed 4 times over two days after being locked out, our bed had to be converted from two twins to a king, the app failed twice, and not once did the hotel show any sort of service that would seperate it from any other resort. It’s a beautiful resort and the private villas looked nice but the prices are too high for the type of customer experience they provide. I’d recommend staying somewhere that prioritizes their service and customers experience.
