Loved every minute! From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you! The food and drinks were excellent and the breakfast offered a huge variety. The private beach and free canoeing/paddle boarding was a huge highlight - as well as the free activities (such a mediation yoga)! Our room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. They made it so easy to book trips and gave us advice and guidance! Although the hotel is a bit far out from the town, they make every effort with free shuttle buses regularly to and from Khao Lak so that it is easy and accessible for everyone. No complaints at all, we will definitely be back in the future. 🙌🏻🌴

Went for my honeymoon and it was average at best. The resort is nice looking but unless you get a private villa it really isn’t worth the price. We had a grand pool room with a “private pool” but those private pools are just overlooking the sidewalk to the actual pool and isn’t private at all. The room was very nice and the resort and beach are very pretty but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The biggest negative for me was the customer service. I unfortunately made an error when I did the booking and booked the room a day before we planned to arrive. Once I explained the error I made to the hotel, they said they would not do anything to help but I was more than welcome to just pay for another night. So we ended up paying for 3 nights and staying 2. I understand I made an error in the booking and they don’t want to lose money but I was hoping they would at least be slightly helpful. They were absolutely zero help and the room was obviously available. We also were there for our honeymoon and our room key had to be changed 4 times over two days after being locked out, our bed had to be converted from two twins to a king, the app failed twice, and not once did the hotel show any sort of service that would seperate it from any other resort. It’s a beautiful resort and the private villas looked nice but the prices are too high for the type of customer experience they provide. I’d recommend staying somewhere that prioritizes their service and customers experience.

We hated pretty much everything, with the highlight of me getting bit by bed bugs!!!! Breakfast wasn’t good. There is a variety but everything is very low quality. We booked a room with a private pool. DO NOT expect privacy in your pool though. The pools in the pictures seem like they are facing a river but they either face a driveway or walkways with a lot of people. We were disappointed. We expressed our disappointment to the hotel and they didn’t help us at all. There is another enough light in the room and it was really dark at night which was annoying. The location is very far from town and the taxi is very expensive for a couple, would recommend a scooter. The hotel sits on a beautiful river and offers it’s guests free kayaks for exploring which was really fun. Hotel beach is nice (it requires to cross a floating bridge to reach which is bit suitable for elderly people and families with strollers). The hotel’s restaurants were very expensive but right outside the hotel was a great thai restaurant with reasonable prices and a laundry service.

This was like being at a resort in Mexico, yet way better being in Thailand. All inclusive feels, rooms with swim out pools, pool bar, pool sports, activities, and it’s beach front on the ocean. The spa was amazing, with 2 for 1 promo’s everyday, and top quality masseuse anywhere. Was great! Your 10 minutes to the town, which has some excellent food and drink places. As well there’s some really good local food next door. Stayed here for a week, great experience.

Amazing resort! The rooms are beautiful, most of them have a private pool, and the hotel itself, the main pool and the restaurants are super nice 👌🏻 The only downside is that it is far from the town (~25 min taxi 500baht)
