We spent 7 nights here. It is a beautiful hotel in lush tropical gardens with a private beach and several swimming pools. We liked the Beach House restaurant. The breakfast restaurant was very busy. The hotel is great for families. Couples may find it too busy. Rooms are excellent. Downsides are that it is about 8 miles from Khao Lak. It costs 400 Baht in a taxi each way to get to shops and restaurants. Also, food in the restaurants is expensive compared to Khao Lak itself. The staff and service is excellent.

Gorgeous hotel. It’s in a stunning location and is really well landscaped. It’s probably the nicest looking hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Couple of things to note: if you’re paying for a swim up room, don’t expect any privacy. The pool is for anybody to use at any time so it can get noisy with kids.
The food is average (the coffee is great, though) and is probably the least tasty food we’ve had at any of the hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The breakfast has a lot of options though.
It’s VERY expensive to eat or drink here. It’s 5x the price for dinner vs what you can get 5 minutes away (walk) on the beach at Be Friend or any of the other local restaurants.
Location makes this hotel worth it. Not much else to say other than it’s a stunning hotel with a lot to offer for kids. Definitely don’t come here if you want the adults only vibe!

I went to use facilities in the hotel - its very peaceful and quiet. I love the garden and trees around the hotel that give us some shades during the day and breeze from the ocean dried away the sweat and heat. The gym smell very good i love it.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to the local beachfront restaurants (Lomlay Seafood), which is a great bonus for guests who want to explore dining options beyond the hotel’s F&B. The facilities were impressive, especially the kids' room, which was well-equipped and enjoyable.
However, there are areas for improvement. The check-in process was quite crowded and didn’t meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Additionally, there were no welcome drinks, which would have been a nice touch. The pillows were also too soft for my preference.
Overall, a great experience, but with some refinements, it could truly feel like a five-star stay.
