This is a fantastic place to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The property is huge and gorgeous. There is space for everyone so you never feel crowded. The service is impressive from the moment we arrived. Our room was large and comfortable. A touch dated but still in good condition. The morning breakfast was delicious! Especially the French Toast station! Wow, so good. Enjoyed the beautiful beach with its gentle sea and nice sand for walking. The resort’s pool is huge! Tons of open chairs to sit and enjoy. Hope to return again someday as this is a special place to relax.

A very beautiful hotel, maintained to a high standard. Excellent service.
But!
The hotel is not suitable for toddlers.
2.3 km of pools, yet not a single one is suitable for toddlers under the age of 3.
There are very few elevators, which makes it challenging to get around with a stroller.
Additionally, the hotel is so large that getting around is difficult. For example, when I forgot my child’s hat in the room, it took me 12 minutes each way to go and get it.
I can see why it’s perfect for older kids, but in my opinion, it’s less ideal for toddlers.

The hotel and its location were initially impressive, but our experience was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. The roof of the building where we were staying collapsed, narrowly missing my wife. This could have been a fatal incident, but thankfully, she escaped with only a minor leg injury.
What makes this even more horrifying is that if this incident had occurred just one day earlier, it could have been catastrophic. Two families, including ours, were playing by the canal directly in front of our door. The consequences could have been unthinkable.
Initially, the hotel staff assured us they would fully support us and address the situation. However, once we had left, they completely refused to assist us in any way. Despite our repeated attempts to contact both the hotel and their insurance company, we were met with silence and no resolution.
The pictures we have from this incident speak louder than words ever could. They vividly illustrate the severity of the situation and the negligence involved.
For a hotel with such a reputable name, this level of indifference toward guest safety and well-being is utterly unacceptable. While the location and views may be appealing, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Safety and proper guest care must be prioritized, and this hotel failed miserably in both respects. I will never stay here again.

Great hotel, exemplary service and hospitality. The lobby and reception team, housekeeping and sports and hospitality team, deserve particular mention. Massive breakfast buffet with a quieter adult section :-) Beautiful beach and and water. Celebrated a couple of special days here and the hotel went out of their way to mark it. Would definitely stay here again and looking forward to when we can return

Well what can we say. We loved this so much we are due back again in a few days! We don't normally go back to the same hotel twice but this place has made us break our rule. We absolutely loved our holiday here and can't wait to get back. We spent hours floating around the pool sipping a few gins! The breakfast is really amazing, so so much variety. We enjoyed all the food in the restaurants. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly.
