Great resort for both relaxing and with family. The resort setup is great and the staff is very friendly. Resort is also located well for small excursions. The breakfast and food is great, and it you want to try something local you can stroll down the beach to a nearby restaurant. The rooms were also good, though the room was very humid (maybe something wi the the a/c to fix - several guests mentioned this). Overall very satisfied with our experience

Simply everything you can and should ask for from a resort. A beautiful place, unusually kind and charming staff, excellent facilities. Perfect for families with little children, there is an excellent kids club for the rainy hours. A rich and indulgent breakfast. The resort is on a long stretch of beach and within a short walk you can reach an abundance of Thai beach restaurants in a wide range of prices, as well as a massage. There is a supermarket two minutes' walk away, and also cheap and local laundry services. The hotel offers a discounted shuttle to the town and the night market. Highly recommend, our only regret is that we didn't stay more nights 😉

We really enjoyed our 4 days stay at the outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort. The staff is super friendly, service full and treat you like family mostly with great English. The food from breakfast to dinner was delicious with great variety of food. And provide live music with a great musician and other shows The room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool is huge with nice water and near the beach. The resort also have great activities, we did yoga and cooking class with a really nice chef. And let's not forget about massages near the beach that were great quality and with clean towel.

Really excellent resort, in the calmer area of Thailand in Khao Lak. Extremely professional and service minded staff. We used dining facilities of the resort all days, fully satisfied with selection and quality. They put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable, offering exercises, games, shows and activities. Location is straight down to the beach, so its really amazing. Room we had was spacious and beautiful. A lot of nice details all the time. Its a bit of a ride to Khao Lak center, but taxi's are readily available all the time.
