Simply everything you can and should ask for from a resort. A beautiful place, unusually kind and charming staff, excellent facilities. Perfect for families with little children, there is an excellent kids club for the rainy hours. A rich and indulgent breakfast. The resort is on a long stretch of beach and within a short walk you can reach an abundance of Thai beach restaurants in a wide range of prices, as well as a massage. There is a supermarket two minutes' walk away, and also cheap and local laundry services. The hotel offers a discounted shuttle to the town and the night market. Highly recommend, our only regret is that we didn't stay more nights 😉

We had a perfect stay at the Outrigger Khao Lak hotel, where we stayed for three nights with our two children. Everything was impeccable, from the pool to the beautiful beach, the restaurant, and the rooms. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the resort. As a bonus, there was a PlayStation available in the room, which was a great plus for the kids! The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, attentive, and always ready to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to the Kids Club team, who took great care of our children with varied activities and warm hospitality. A special mention also goes to Kem at the reception, who managed our early departure and kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us to take on the road—a service that truly touched us. A big thank you also to the housekeeping staff, who had the thoughtful gesture of leaving us a message wishing us a safe journey home. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and generous, and we particularly appreciated the calm and serenity of the hotel. On my birthday, I was treated to a wonderful surprise with a cake and beautiful decorations—a gesture that meant a lot to me. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed at Outrigger Khao Lak from 27.12.2024 - 05.01.2025. We were 4 adults and 1 small kid (14 months). I have to stay that overall we enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately the price/value did not fit at all. And we are aware that the time of our stay was the most expensive time of the year. We paid around 500€ per night for a Deluxe Garden Terrace room (incl. all inclusive), which is honestly just way to much for the hotel. If we had paid around 300€ per night, my evaluation would have been much more positive. But of course with higher prices comes higher expectations. I liked the area and found the beach very beautiful, also in comparison to other beaches in the area. There were mostly very nice people in the hotel at the time of our stay. All in all I think it's a nice hotel for families with kids, but in my eyes not a 5-star hotel.

It is a very nice place to visit. I came here for 4 days on holiday and it’s very amazing. I am very impressed with the service of the staff here. Everyone is nice and very welcoming. On Tuesday I booked a BBQ buffet and there was a beautiful fire show. Make sure you don’t miss this show👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Every time I come here, I am impressed. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the room, the view, everything is perfect for relaxation. Thank you, Khun Au and all the lovely staff there who made our vacation even more special and fun. We will come back every year.
