⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Miraggio Thermal Spa! The rooms are absolutely huge, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the pool is massive and so much fun. What really stood out was the outstanding service throughout the entire hotel – everyone is warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The spa itself is top-class and offers a truly luxurious experience. One small highlight: we went on a boat trip and needed 10 towels early in the morning before the pool had even opened. Theodora at reception immediately made a few calls, and within 5 minutes we had all the towels we needed. That level of care and efficiency says it all! Highly recommended – this place is a true gem. We will definitely be coming back.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. I went for a massage, and during the session, my gold earrings were taken. When I confronted the massage therapist, she handed me only the back part of both earring, saying that both had been broken, and the strange thing was in the same spot and that she couldn’t find the other pieces. This was extremely suspicious, as I had been wearing them right before the massage, and there’s no way both earrings could have broken at the same time without me noticing. It was clear that something wasn’t right, and I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I expected a relaxing and trustworthy environment, but instead, I felt robbed and disrespected. I hope the management takes this seriously so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I don’t remember the name of her but she was kind of overweight and her blackhead was shaved! Also when she gave me the earrings she did it behind reception and nobody heard her… I was doubting in leaving a review because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but thinking in all that happened, is extremely strange that both earrings were broken. This was around the 1/10. Please be careful if you go for a massage take all your gold!!!!!

We spent a wonderful seven days at Miraggio Resort and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. The hotel is truly luxurious, with an excellent beach, impeccable service, and outstanding standards of cleanliness. While it is on the expensive side, it fully justifies its price by delivering everything one would expect from a high-end resort. For anyone thinking about choosing this destination, I can only give my highest recommendation. I would gladly return again.

We stayed in a Club room, which is larger than the standard ones and comes with a package. However, the package included only one spa day for a 7-night stay, while all other days had to be paid separately. The poolside service was very poor. I ordered a mojito, and it was served without mint, with the excuse that they didn’t have any. This may sound like a small detail, but such things should not happen in a hotel of this category. The beach and sea entrance were very disappointing, so we ended up swimming only in the pool. The hotel is located on the outskirts, so having a car is essential if you plan to go anywhere outside the resort. Overall, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers.

Subject: Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Miraggio Dear Miraggio Management, First of all, I would like to sincerely compliment the hotel for its outstanding cleanliness, beautiful design, high-quality food and restaurants, excellent facilities and beach, as well as the wonderful evening activities for children. These aspects of our stay were truly enjoyable and much appreciated by our family. That being said, there were several issues that unfortunately affected our overall experience and left us disappointed: 1. Breakfast waiting times & coffee service Each morning around 9:00 AM, we had to wait around 20 minutes for a table (as a family with three young children). More concerning was the coffee service: we always requested coffee from the barista machine for hygiene reasons, yet the waiting time was over 30 minutes every day. On one occasion, we waited for more than an hour and never received the coffee. When we raised this issue, we were told either to go to the lobby and purchase coffee separately, or to wait even longer as a form of “compensation.” Eventually, we had to pay for coffee at the beach. This was extremely frustrating. 2. Water policy It was very inconvenient that we had to pay for bottled water at every meal or when leaving the room. As you can see from our bill, we had to order an excessive number of bottles. We requested regular drinking water (not bottled) but this was refused. In our travels across Greece, we have never encountered such a policy. Similarly, in other hotels, kids’ clubs are typically included free of charge, so this was another unexpected disappointment. 3. Unexpected charges at lunch At lunch on the beach, I ordered spicy peppers. The waiter confirmed this was possible but did not mention any cost. To my surprise, the bill showed a charge of €15 for three peppers. When I asked the waiter, he had no explanation. This pricing felt unreasonable and left a very negative impression. 4. Bee problem There were a very large number of bees throughout the resort. As someone allergic to bees, this was a serious concern. If this is a known seasonal issue, we believe the hotel should either take preventive measures or at least notify guests so they can take precautions. While we appreciated many aspects of Miraggio, these service-related issues unfortunately left us with mixed feelings. At this stage, we are unsure whether we would consider returning next summer. I am sharing this feedback constructively, with the hope that it will help improve the guest experience in the future. Please also find attached the bill from our lunch for your reference.
