Location is very convenient. Stay is comfortable. Housekeeping maintaining cleanliness. Breakfast is delicious. Room Service is accommodating & great service. Jazz Bar is relaxing and refreshing. Front desk always available and great staff helping with luggage.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. All the staff were very helpful and polite, Inpirticar Shiva and Joseph these 2 gentlemen was always helpful whatever we needed they always helped me and made my stay at the hotel comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location near by to all the attractions. 10-10 and sure will be coming back here in the future

This hotel and its house keeping team did a great job! Justine and his colleagues were brilliant! I honestly would have given them 5 stars for service if it hadn’t been for a couple of VERY MINOR lapses in my requests, but nonetheless I have to be give my true opinion and that’s what this is! Overall an excellent job by everyone in Reception and beyond. Fab location right near the main Museums and Souq Waqif. I’ll 100% consider this hotel on my next visit to Doha and so should all the readers. Thank you! 😎

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was well-trained and the rooms were well-suited for our family. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool the most. I would definitely recommend checking it out and see if it is available when you visit Doha.

From check-in to departure, the hospitality and service provided by the team were exceptional and left me feeling valued and cared for. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time after a long flight, and the reception team welcomed me warmly. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, allowing me to check in early so I could rest—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff escorted me to my room, ensuring everything was in order and explaining all the amenities with care. To my surprise, I was also offered a complimentary upgrade, further showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the team maintained their attentiveness and genuine kindness, making every interaction enjoyable. Even at checkout, I continued to experience their warm hospitality. A special mention goes to the security guard at the entrance, who was friendly and helpful, engaging in a pleasant conversation while assisting me with my taxi. While the hotel may not be the newest in the area, it is well-maintained, and the exceptional service, coupled with its great value for money, makes it a standout choice.
