1.The staff is great—extremely respectful and quick to respond to any requests. 2. The hotel offers complimentary valet services, which is a nice bonus. 3. The property is well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does a great job of ensuring the rooms are always kept quiet clean. 4. Especially Mr. Santosh from house keeping he is doing very well work and nice person also.

Positive aspects: 1. The staff is great—extremely respectful and quick to respond to any requests. 2. The hotel offers complimentary valet services, which is a nice bonus. 3. The property is well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does a great job of ensuring the rooms are always kept quiet clean. Downsides: 1. There’s a club downstairs with a DJ playing music every night until 2am, and the volume is loud enough to be disruptive for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise. This is the main drawback for me and the reason I gave a 2-star rating. 2. Though the price per night isn’t necessarily considered cheap, the hotel building is very old, and the furniture feels incredibly outdated. This was the second big downside for me. If you prioritize modern aesthetics and stylish interiors, this might not be the right fit for you. 3. There is no proper soundproofing, and the noise from people speaking loudly outside your room can easily make it feel like they’re right inside with you.

It is worth mentioning that Arlene was very nice, friendly and professional. The service she gave us was amazing. The food...wow. All i can say is wow. Best hotel in Qatar, I did several hotels and 5* I was a little bit scared because this one was really way cheaper than the other one but it was just AMAZING. Everything is perfect we had a little problem in our first room they instantly change us the room in few minutes, really lovely. The pool is perfect it’s like a small village with different pool jacuzzi and sport place. The room is standard but really comfortable the bathroom is amazing the WiFi is good. Just perfect if you want to stay in Qatar for few days or weeks you should come there. I was in room 1012 for 4 days 29 march. They even let me check out at 14:30 for free. Just great.
