We found this hotel to be wonderful! It is very well decorated. The room we had was very spacious and clean. Lots of plants. The pool was impeccable and the beach was within arm's reach. However, the best asset this hotel has is the staff that works and serves the guests in general... such kind and attentive people! We felt like royalty. In both restaurants the attention of the waiters, cooks and the rest was of a high level. The food was very tasty and the cocktails too. The lifeguard was always attentive to everything that happens around the pool. The front desk staff was always willing to guide you if you needed it. The beach umbrellas were in excellent condition and you will always find a waiter in no time. The hotel has spa services. I recommend that you stay at this hotel, you will not regret it.

We booked superior double room beach front which has beautiful seaview. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are delicate and tasty. Setting on roof terrace to have nice dinner and watch sky changing color is wonderful experience. Guests can lay down in beach garden area, relax, swim or drink. The color of sea is nice but the beach is full of kind seaweed, not so nice like what I expected. Guests should know the price of eating or drinking in bar is higher. Overall we do enjoy staying there—nice view and tasty food.

For such cost, this hotel is valued reasonable. We stayed here for a week at the end of Aug-24. Unfortunately, I can not agree that it is a 5-star hotel. Should be strong 4-star. Explaining: 1. SPA is not a SPA here at all if you say about a 5-star hotel. Even if you have to pay for it immediately (25 EUR for 45 min at hamam), it is a small cabin for a maximum of 2 people... 2. Spending for a half-board (breakfast & dinner) is not necessary as the dinner here is at very low quality, so it is better to dine at a restaurant at the beach (around 30-40 EUR per person), where I have to say they cook the best dishes from the menu (fresh fish, seafood, pasta, greek cuisine meals). 3. Air conditioners have to be cleaned as they smell somehow. 4. The sunbeds. You have to be awakening early early in the morning to get your own sunbed at the beach, as all guests are "booking" them by covering them with their own towels somewhere at 6:00! :) I checked myself. In general, the hotel is very good, considering that it is not a big one, it has the very friendly staff, with their good attention, the very friendly guys from beach restaurant and its excellent dishes, and the main point - the sea. The hotel has its own beach with amazing sea, so this is switching off all the minor observations I've mentioned above.

This hotel misleads potential guests by claiming it is 5-stars whereas in reality it is in urgent need of renovation. It charges 5-star hotel prices, but what you get corresponds to 2 stars. Our room, while incredibly expensive, looked like a bad movie from the 1990s. Quite empty, minimal basic furniture, not even a double bed but two basic-quality beds pushed close to each other. Air-conditioning was NOT working. One day, the electricity was randomly going on and off in our room, with the result that lights, air-conditioning etc kept switching on and off all the time. We asked them to send an electrician to check it, they said they did, and that same night we woke up to the air-conditioning profusely leaking and producing a very loud noise, as if it is about to explode, and of course woke us up in the middle of the night. The place is literally falling apart and nobody seems to care. Moreover, the hotel allows people outside the hotel to make use of the beach loungers, with the result that hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot on the hotel beach, even though this is literally the ONLY good thing about the hotel: access to a nice beach very close to the hotel rooms. Finally, the breakfast and the food at the beach bar was expensive but horrendous quality. Greasy fries, dry sandwiches, horrible coffee. Not only is this experience not worth the absurd amount of money they charge for their 40-year-old facilities, but they are outright lying about being a five-star hotel. Overall - utterly disappointing.

I would definitely not agree that this is a 5 star hotel, but at the end of our trip i felt like everyone working there was super nice, helpful, they accommodated all our needs and that what matters. Beach was dirty and worst thing for me , as its smells really bad when you lay on sun beds but water is clear and clean.
