We booked superior double room beach front which has beautiful seaview. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are delicate and tasty. Setting on roof terrace to have nice dinner and watch sky changing color is wonderful experience. Guests can lay down in beach garden area, relax, swim or drink.
The color of sea is nice but the beach is full of kind seaweed, not so nice like what I expected. Guests should know the price of eating or drinking in bar is higher.
Overall we do enjoy staying there—nice view and tasty food.

We found this hotel to be wonderful! It is very well decorated. The room we had was very spacious and clean. Lots of plants. The pool was impeccable and the beach was within arm's reach. However, the best asset this hotel has is the staff that works and serves the guests in general... such kind and attentive people! We felt like royalty. In both restaurants the attention of the waiters, cooks and the rest was of a high level. The food was very tasty and the cocktails too. The lifeguard was always attentive to everything that happens around the pool. The front desk staff was always willing to guide you if you needed it. The beach umbrellas were in excellent condition and you will always find a waiter in no time. The hotel has spa services. I recommend that you stay at this hotel, you will not regret it.

This hotel misleads potential guests by claiming it is 5-stars whereas in reality it is in urgent need of renovation. It charges 5-star hotel prices, but what you get corresponds to 2 stars. Our room, while incredibly expensive, looked like a bad movie from the 1990s. Quite empty, minimal basic furniture, not even a double bed but two basic-quality beds pushed close to each other. Air-conditioning was NOT working. One day, the electricity was randomly going on and off in our room, with the result that lights, air-conditioning etc kept switching on and off all the time. We asked them to send an electrician to check it, they said they did, and that same night we woke up to the air-conditioning profusely leaking and producing a very loud noise, as if it is about to explode, and of course woke us up in the middle of the night. The place is literally falling apart and nobody seems to care. Moreover, the hotel allows people outside the hotel to make use of the beach loungers, with the result that hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot on the hotel beach, even though this is literally the ONLY good thing about the hotel: access to a nice beach very close to the hotel rooms. Finally, the breakfast and the food at the beach bar was expensive but horrendous quality. Greasy fries, dry sandwiches, horrible coffee. Not only is this experience not worth the absurd amount of money they charge for their 40-year-old facilities, but they are outright lying about being a five-star hotel. Overall - utterly disappointing.

The location is excellent, beautiful beach with the mountain view around it. The rooms are average, beds and pillows are not great, the shower is bad, random water temperature and no water pressure. The bathroom amenities are not great, everything smells like disinfectant and when something was used up it was not replenished by the hotel. The balcony door was a pain to close. Also there was a lot of noise from the rooms near ours. Also parking was difficult to find. No elevator to our room either.
The bar and bar restaurant was very good, great service there. The breakfast had many options but not great for people that don't eat carbs and prefer eggs/bacon/sausages. These options were not the best quality. Most days they were cold. They also charge extra for sparkling water and for coffee other than filtered which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
The pool was ok, but something our kids touched in the pool caused their fingertips to blister, like minor chemical burns. The beach beds were very good but you had to wake up super early to find free ones.
In general we enjoyed our stay due to the amazing location but for the price and considering it's a 5 star hotel, we expected more from the rooms and the breakfast.

I just spent one amazing week with my family in the hotel, the location is great, the beach is amazing. Rooms are very comfortable, the food is great breakfast or dinner many choices and always delicious. The Olive bar also has great food.
Great service, all the personnel super nice and helpful. Highly recommended
