I had s lovely and cozy dining experience at Orchard Hotel's lunch buffet. The service staff were attentive and always on the look our to help us clear our tables. Special mention to Tina & Catherine for their care and attention to details. Tina was even able to conjure up a Beautiful birthday cake for my friend, albeit my last minute request. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back again. 😃 Thank you 😊

The fault in our stars
It is very convenient for me to sightseeing and buy food, things I need in case I forgot to bring or in the same building, there’s Cold Storage, I can just go down to B1 and buy anything and everything. It is very well-thought. Hence why I love this hotel. Secondly the staffs here are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They are not afraid to ask patrons any questions in regards for verification. They went above and beyond for their patrons. My huge respect and gratitude for Staff Naveen for assisting me with patience because I know how blur I can get. The rooms is amazing. Although just a little bit maintenance here and there needed like the screws or a bidet 😅 If you are curious, see it for yourself because the pictures on the website did not do justice. In real life it is ten times better. #Fact

Busted air conditioner for the whole stay that didn't get repaired. Otherwise this place was fantastic. Food is really good. Lots of shopping within walking distance.

I've stayed here a couple of times for business coming through Singapore. Each time I have been impressed with the friendly staff, a notable feature. Hey, go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms were upgraded since I visited in 2023 and the upgrades are quite luxurious and modern. The outdoor pool area is very nice and the gym was small but efficient and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing and probably one of the better buffets I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again when returning personal or business travel.
