Booked the hotel ballroom for an event for 900 people in December involving dinner and entertainment, anniversary cake cutting and more. The hotel and staff handled our needs superbly. The food was suited to everyone. Staff were flexible to deal with last minute requests. The banquet manager Scott was especially attentive to make the event a success. Thank you everyone.

The fault in our stars
It is very convenient for me to sightseeing and buy food, things I need in case I forgot to bring or in the same building, there’s Cold Storage, I can just go down to B1 and buy anything and everything. It is very well-thought. Hence why I love this hotel. Secondly the staffs here are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They are not afraid to ask patrons any questions in regards for verification. They went above and beyond for their patrons. My huge respect and gratitude for Staff Naveen for assisting me with patience because I know how blur I can get. The rooms is amazing. Although just a little bit maintenance here and there needed like the screws or a bidet 😅 If you are curious, see it for yourself because the pictures on the website did not do justice. In real life it is ten times better. #Fact

The rooms are comfy and clean, and the staff is always helpful. The location is great, close to shopping and food spots. Breakfast is tasty with many choices. I will always come back because it feels like a home away from home. A perfect stay every time!

I'm surprised this is a 4* hotel. The only nice thing about our stay was the bed itself. The lobby reeks of some kind of cologne or musky spray. Room was outdated. Outlets in the bathroom didn't work and no outlets next to the bed. Minimal bath products - no conditioner, lotion or bar soap. And our room was so humid the floors were sticky. The security latch to our door was broken and was on the floor. I'm confused why it wasn't even thrown out. And the room next to us had trash outside the door that stayed there all night to the next day. Its fine for a 2* and maybe 3*. But for a 4* hotel I expected better.
