Great start to our holiday, wish we extended our stay a bit longer but couldnt as we had plans to make our way to Can Tho to explore after settling down for the first night.
Great location, easy to find and easy to explore surrounding D1 hot spots.
Awesome service that set a high bar with mundane admin like helping us with small change from our local currency exchange and even public transportation tips.
Even surprised us with a complementary upgrade to a larger room. Only minus if i had to nit pick was the bathtub/shower design would result in a wet floor, but everything else was 10/10

I was happy with my room 1401. It was small (good for 1 person) but it was clean enough compared to other hotels of this standard in Vietnam and I was quite happy with the design. Compact but everything one expects in a standard room was available - face towels, water kettle, hook for bathrobe, all amenities, triple lock (yes!), hangers that were newish, furniture that wasn’t all scratched up like other hotels, clean looking curtains and most of all, a clean shower blind - no mold in the bath and shower area, what a relief.
The staff are very kind, professional and friendly. They helped me get the room fixed right away for 2 days and any other request I had was promptly attended to.
Special mention to Vy and Nghi at the front desk who made things easy for me when I needed a few things. Their service is excellent. Always with a smile too.
Breakfast buffet is similar to all the other 2-4* hotels. Soup and egg station, juice and fruit station, bread station, hot food. Not exciting but enough for everyone to choose something before heading out for the day. At least the breakfast area is clean.

I want to be fair and say that my stay was generally good. The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. However, I didn't enjoy the breakfast.
I was also charged 100,000 dong for my face towel, which had some tinted sunscreen on it. I find it ridiculous that I had to pay for the washing fee when I’ve already paid for my stay; I would have expected those costs to be included.

We stayed there for three nights. Overall the experience was very good.
Friendly staff, very clean room and splendid breakfast buffet. It s a bit more expensive than other places around but totally value.
We didn't have time to try the pool but as we checked it was very clean with nice view.
Thank you from room 702.

The room was very clean, had everything you could need. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space. Shower great. Had a toto in bathroom which took up a lot of floor space. Only reason for a 4 not 5 star, was that the room was small- although had everything you could need. Simply a warning- although I would happily stay there again.
