Pros: Good location. On beachfront which is beautiful and very clean. Great buffet breakfast with a great variety of salads and Thai food.Excellent friendly service from breakfast crew Tong and Yong.Tong in particularly, is very helpful, hard-working and cheerful, with good communication skills. Up to date TVs and lovely bathroom. Clean and very good standard of hygiene. Cons: Rooms are too small. No real outside space- a tiny token balcony 1 foot by 4 foot. Hotel is quite noisy with constant annoying music. Not 4 star in my opinion.

A good hotel with professional friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean with plenty amenities. Location is excellent, beside many bars and restaurants. Lots of families so does get loud. Only thing let it down in my opinion was no evening bar to chill at, if you want to escape the hustle of outside bars.

We felt very welcome from the very beginning at Hotel OZO in Koh Samui! The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and flexible – you can truly feel that they do everything to ensure a wonderful stay. A very special thank you to Annie, Beam, and Al who always greeted us with a smile and supported us with everything we needed. Their understanding and warm-hearted nature made our vacation even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and beautiful decorated. The rooms are lovely and clean, the pool is perfect for relaxing especially if you have kids, and the bar is cozy and inviting. The food was also delicious – there’s something for every taste! The location is perfect – right on a dreamy beach, ideal for relaxing or taking a walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the OZO Hote! 🙌

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location (the Main Street was jst outside the hotel and everything including cheap laundry, good massage parlours and plenty of restaurants on the street) and amenities. The staff specially Green and Annie were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Made our stay enjoyable!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Never Coming Back I had an extremely unpleasant experience during check-out at this so-called 4-star hotel. I was shocked when the front desk demanded I pay 230 baht for a restaurant order I never made. Naturally, I objected, as I had not ordered anything from the restaurant during my stay. What followed was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the receptionist began shouting at me rudely and aggressively. This is not how any guest should be treated—let alone in a hotel that claims to be of high standard. When the bill was finally presented, it was immediately clear that the name and signature were not mine, and that the room number had been recorded incorrectly. Despite this clear evidence, the receptionist made no apology and continued shouting in a completely disrespectful manner. This level of behavior is outrageous and completely unworthy of a 4-star hotel. I left the hotel feeling humiliated and angry. One thing is certain: I will never return to this hotel again
