The hotel staff here was among the friendliest I’ve ever experienced anywhere. The rooms were clean. The pool is super nice and it was a relaxed family type of atmosphere. The beach area was also very good. A few days we were here there were red flags because of the undertow. We still managed to make it into the ocean for some swims. This is also in a really good location near walking distance to two supermarkets and various restaurants. This island has a totally different feel from Bangkok or Chiang Mai. Not as many street vendors and higher prices for everything. We did have issues due to my fault with needing a room change a had to also book an extra night. They were more than accommodating I’m I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody traveling with family or kids. The gym was also adequate for what they have. The restaurant Stacked was a burger place attached to the hotel and it was really good. Across the street was some of the best Indian food I have ever had.

Very clean - and nice hotel. Placed right on the nice Chaweng beach, and nearly in Chaweng city. Very nice service. Free sunbeds and towels. Sweet staff. Nice breakfast. Room not too big. We payed extra for ocean view... but it was more Palm view. Balcony is VERY SMALL - only for 1 person 😪

Ticha in the restaurant...AWESOME! Such a friendly and pleasant way to start your day and breakfast with her service and personality. She makes the visit worthwhile!!! Very impressive breakfast buffet as well. Nice property....well worth the price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic beach. However, there were unexpected construction works, which was disappointing. Despite that, everything else was excellent, including the breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering good value for money.

I rarely leave reviews, but now I definitely want to share! Wonderful hotel, great location, delicious and varied breakfasts. The diamond of the hotel is the staff. First of all, I want to thank Niki-she gave us a nice room, told us all about the hotel, was extremely nice and polite all the time . Thank you, Niki, if you read this! I also want to mention Koy, Kwan, Nueng - you are so responsive! I recommend this hotel to everyone in Koh Samui! Thanks!!! It was a wonderful week by the sea! I hope my review helps someone to choose the hotel!
