We had a wonderful stay.
Super friendly staff, very courteous and helpful.
The room was good, the cleanliness okay.
The beach is beautiful, but the water is very murky due to all the seaweed and there are a lot of stingrays, so be careful when swimming.

We stayed at the hotel for a week on our honeymoon. The rooms and facilities are absolutely good. A hotel organizes a lot of programs, which is amazing, and most of them are free. Most of it is run by John, who is the heart of the hotel! It always creates a very good atmosphere. The restaurant is amazing. Every night they offer a different theme for dinner, so the dishes are always different. The beach is also very nice. Sometimes it has too many stingrays near the shore, but it doesn’t depend on the hotel.

My honeymoon turned into a horror movie. I spent part of my honeymoon at this hotel in May 2024. We traveled many kilometers to visit Seychelles and this hotel, and I can confidently say that I will NEVER set foot in Seychelles again, and the blame lies entirely with this hotel, especially the manager and the director—those who should prioritize the customer experience but instead contributed to making Seychelles and this hotel a nightmare for tourists.
I was robbed inside the hotel, within a matter of minutes while I went to the restroom in the pool/beach area. There was no one around except guests or people related to the hotel. Someone stole my drone in the hotel area, along with all my honeymoon photos. Unfortunately, these things can happen, but that wasn’t the worst part. After calling the police to report the theft and seeking clarification from the hotel about what measures would be taken to compensate or at least mitigate the loss and bitter experience, I was accused by the hotel manager (who was later defended by the director) of lying and that the situation “never happened”. They flatly said they would do nothing: “We will do nothing.”
As if that wasn’t enough, they lied, claiming they would later contact me with a solution after making contact with the general administration. Seven months have passed, and I have received no response, leading me to conclude that the hotel’s manager and director are colluding to hide their service failure from the administration—or that this company is utterly unprepared, poorly trained, deceitful, accusatory toward its customers, and worst of all, exposes its guests to danger and does not care about their safety at all.
My memories of Seychelles are the worst possible, and I categorically state that here in Brazil, I’ve made sure to share what happened and strongly discourage anyone from visiting Seychelles or this hotel chain. Here, my wife and I have a large amount of followers and we have voice. If the chain chose to deceive me and failed to take responsibility, know this: the financial loss they will suffer from losing Brazilian guests will far outweigh the compensation they should have provided.
Therefore, I affirm: do not go to this hotel because it turned my honeymoon into a horror movie!

Paradise sun is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The view from the room of the palm trees and the beach is breathtaking, we love mornings like this. The service is very nice and helpful and the breakfasts and dinners are very tasty. We recommend this place!

We visited this place in month of may with our family. The hotel is a scam in lot many ways. The hotel is no cheaper they cost you hell and compared to the services they provide is nothing but purely scam.
**They don’t offer regular size rooms with kids and the big size which they offer is of no use.
The layout of the rooms are so messy that you don’t have space to open your luggage.
The cupboards are open and they have so many like so many geckos in the room that u would really not like to unpack your luggage and arrange in the open cupboards.
They are least bothered about the geckos running in the room. Even after several complaint they didn’t bother to clean the room.
Every time they lied to us that they have cleaned the room but it was never cleaned.
We were family of 5 people and in one room there were so many geckos that we all had to sleep together and they were least bothered.
At the time of checkout they were like u can’t check out later than 10 am despite knowing that we had faced so much problems at the time of our stay and where we cooperated but they just extended the time for an hour an half and like exactly after the time there men’s were outside the room to pick the luggage.
After the sunsets here it’s completely dark. There are no footlights that guides you to your room. I mean what were they even thinking when they were planning the architect of the hotel.?? With kids it’s so difficult to find ways through lush green garden to your room.
The lights in the rooms are so dull. It’s just that the property has good beach area to play in sand sun and sea. That’s it!!
We have paid heavily for this hotel and we regret every single penny spent here.
They charge for water bottles in the restaurant
area.
They have a widespread buffet menu which is good for non vegetarians and partially for vegetarians. Chefs were quite helpful
The pool is great and so is the welcome drink.
But I would still regret my stay here because of the inconvenience we had to suffer.
