We absolutely loved this resort. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff is tremendously polite. Our room was on the private side (no kids) and was nice and quiet with private pools too. Our roomsmelt a little mouldy, so they upgraded us immediately. Air con works perfectly, the breakfast was one of the biggest I’ve ever seen in a resort, with both western and Indonesian, and the beach is right in front of the hotel with very easy access. We will definitely come again. 10/10

Really loved this hotel. The location is fantastic for a walk along the beach path, shops along the main street, and a quick trip to the airport. Multiple pools, sunbeds along the beach, and hotel restaurant right on the beach front. Enjoyed the premier deluxe rooms, which were adults only, and had a dedicated pool for that area of the hotel. Will definitely be back when in Sanur.

The resort is beautiful, and I love that it has several pools. I really loved that it was on the beach. I didn't like that there was a roach in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was from prior guests. I have never experienced roaches on vacation. I didn't like at breakfast. I asked for a bottle of water and she told me I had to pay for it. The massage prices are a little steep for the guests. The villa I was at prior massages was only $20. I also didn't like that I had some balloons on the floor. They took upon themselves to place them all on the bed. They were on the floor for a reason. When you come to clean a room the staff shouldn't be touching any personal item. They should be left the way they are. I can tell they don't clean under the bed. I dropped a top before I left out. I came back and it was still under the bed.

Don’t be deceived by the longstanding reputation and reviews. I’ve stayed here for years and years as a child growing up and known the place to be amazing so of course booked a room on my recent trip. Booked a “superior room” and honestly the room was far from it which is gobsmacking considering the stature and reputation they hold. The images attached below are the room we booked and the room we received. Go and stay at the Hyatt or Intercontinental instead if you’re paying this in this range. Didn’t bother complaining while I was there as it was Christmas and the hotel was booked out but honestly would’ve advise against it. Service however is fantastic. Please amend the imagery used to advertise this “superior” room or renovate the rooms because this was so so disappointing and I won’t return.

Beautiful clean hotel, with that traditional feel, gorgeous well kept gardens with a few pools. One with a swim up bar. Lots of sun beds to choose from. Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff. Do yourself a favour and wake up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning! Such a beautiful clean and calm beach to swim in! Definitely worth the money and a must stay in my opinion 🌴🥥🙏
