NOT a 5 star experience. Old facilities, a public beach that is swarmed by water sports like jet skis and boats etc that pollute the hotel pool area with their toxic fumes, hotel restaurants that seem pretty dead. Feels like a hotel that’s long seen it’s best days. Oh did I mention the construction? Only 1 star for service despite the staff being nice- I asked specifically to be located somewhere close to the pool or breakfast area as I was with my 7m old baby. Instead they literally put me in the farthest room available…. 👀 not great Should be a 4 star max. Best thing about this place is the layout of the pool. Quite nice, different depths and lots of shady areas. Hotel Nikko would do good to upkeep their property, update shower heads & sinks & broken pool tiles etc. Otherwise NOT 5 stars.

Stayed here for a business trip. It's an old hotel and some parts of the hotel has been refurbished and they have managed to keep cleanliness in most of the hotel area, especially the room I stayed in. But, the gentlement toliet at the lobby needs extra attention. My room is quite spacious with a bathtub inside the bathrooms with hot water available. The restaurant served various breakfast and delicious menu, including a vast variety of fruits. The staff are very nice and helpful. When checking out, I left my jacket at the wardrobe and they quickly save it for me to pick it up later.

From the moment the group arrived, Hotel Nikko’s friendly staff set the mood for a laid-back vacation. The open-air lobby with tropical touches, cool welcome drinks, and flower garlands instantly made everyone feel like they’d stepped into paradise. Checking in as a group was hassle-free, and the staff ensured everyone had rooms close to one another, adding a personal touch right from the start. The group stayed in Deluxe Ocean View rooms, and they were everything a girlfriends’ vacation needs! Each room had plush bedding, a private balcony, and stunning views of the Indian Ocean, making it the perfect spot for morning coffees or sunset selfies. With ample space to lounge, hang out, and even enjoy room service together, the rooms were ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Take a stroll down the street to experience tattoo parlors , salons, clubs ,bars , as well as shops.

Hotel Nikko is a beautiful hotel with a stunning location right on the beach. The staff were so warm and kind and added special touches like my daughter's names on their deserts. From the front desk to the pool towel service, the concierge, the dining staff always so friendly offering service with a smile. The room was perfectly cleaned each day and was the perfect size for a family of four and it was only a family room but quite large. Hotel design and art decor is beautiful. But you can't beat the view when the tide is high. the locals are lovely too and offer little market stalls along the beach. The pool is beautiful and my kids barely left the pool in 5 days they had the best time and named different parts of the pool, parents of young kids please take care as the pool can get suddenly deep. But otherwise I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday to just unwind and let kids just be free to have fun! P.s highly recommend Georgios - kids gave it a 1000 star rating. Overall, everything about this hotel is absolutely fantastic… We spent two weeks here, enjoying our honeymoon, and everything was top-of-the-line! And fantastic Price as well… The swim up pool bar, the beach, the restaurants, especially the morning breakfast, the rooms, everything was absolutely fantastic! We would return in a heartbeat and we absolutely will!
