We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful and calm assistance of Miss Marthin. She went above and beyond to make our arrival easy, even offering us an early check-in, which was much appreciated since we arrived early in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness made a great first impression. The hotel itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, thoughtful staff, and great accommodations!

Overall great hotel with really nice staff, especially Manda who helped us with checkout. Also they have really nice pool and great breakfast. Only downside we felt was we didn’t get hot water to drink when requested from the hotel restaurant for our dinner since they only had mineral water. But overall a great hotel to stay in Bali

Unfortunately, as a previous guest of more than four times, this hotel didn't deliver this time. I firstly booked a room that clearly said city view, but was given a room that the view was clearly internal of nothing really ( not city view) . I have added photos of the booking and what was given. I expressed this to the hotel and the booking provider and it was never resolved as to why this occurred. And why I was given a room that wasn't as description. So be careful when booking rooms. I returned the following week to a superior room, i was than given two single beds put together instead of a double bed You would think after booking the previous week and not given the right room this hotel would get the correct bed and at least try to accommodate and not some put together single bed to make one. Also no hot water, and a technician come to fix it for one day, then it reverted back to cold, and also the TV satellite went off for around 4 hours. Total inconvenience as i had booked this hotel to use to Australian chanel to watch sport on that day. Which I couldn't. Not once did the hotel staff try to accommodate or make any effort. It's very strange because I've stayed here before and nothing was ever an issue. Just really disappointed as long time guest since 2018.

They give the farthest possible room if you book online. Also the staffs are friendly but they will ask you to post a review and stand by you until you post an review along with their name. Review should be given by own and not forcefully as they did to us. Also they would say that billiards is accessible to all guests but you will have to buy a drink to get the access. It is good value for money but has some of the disadvantages as well.
