I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore! The service was truly exceptional — a special thanks to Dian and Sri for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. They really made my stay feel special! The staff overall were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options every morning. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be happy to come back again soon! 🌴✨

Ramada is honestly renouned for its hospitality! Dian 5 star , Darma 5.5 star, Diah 5star, Rishta 5 star !!n the resturant are always smiling and accommadating to our needs each time. Overall, the staff were all lovely! The rooms need abit more work on the cleaniness especially the towels. The in room dining experience food wise was better than eating in the resturant itself! Reception staff especially Martina 5 star was very polite and helpful. We stayed few nights here , i wpuld highly recommend the chefs change up the breakfast buffet each day...to give guests more variety. We enjoyed our time at this hotel. I would give it a low 4/5. If the rooms were more cleaner and food was better ..then i would have scored more.

Over two weeks ago my cousin and I returned from a very much needed holiday to Bali. We stayed at the Ramada Encore from the 11th-25th September, 2025. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. We cannot thank the staff enough who made our stay so welcoming and fantastic. From daily breakfast, house keeping, making sure anything that we needed was made possible and nothing was too difficult for them. I was even greeted by a yummy cake in our hotel room on my birthday, which was so thoughtful of them all. By the end of our trip they were like family to us! A big thankyou goes out to Adit, Adi, Yoga, Ramon, Gede, Darma, Kadek, Ari, Virgo, Sri, Mei, Amanda, Diah, Triya, Agus, Dian, Lily, Suriajana and the whole team. Thankyou for all of your help, making sure we were well accommodated and for all of the recommendations around the Island. If you’re looking for a very welcoming, family friendly, clean and comfortable place of accommodation, look no further. The food was phenomenal, the cocktails were divine and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The layout of the resort was very lovely, and the service is amazing. We look forward to our next stay!!

Everything you need! Really great location right in the thick of it but also very calm and quiet. Rooms are spacious, very clean with good aircon. Easy to find for your transport and amazing staff, especially Amanda. Breaky was included with our rooms and was super tasty and huge! highly recommend Ramada encore.

Overall I would definitely recommend Ramada Encore. Whilst it could do with some renovations everything is clean and practical. The beds were comfy, food was great, room service is available 24/7, the staff are super friendly and helpful if you are looking to book tours or anything like that. Dian made me a lovey iced coffee every morning, and always made me feel looked after at breakfast. Other staff so friendly too, including some of the ladies whose names I didn’t catch but also Yoga, Ramon and Adi at the bar. Great facilities such as the pool and service for drinks if you’re at the pool. BBQ meat night was absolutely amazing I’ve never tasted meat so tasty and well cooked, 100% recommend to book in for that. Would definitely stay again for the service and experience alone!
