We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The hotel was incredible and especially the people. Management was able to deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people here and how much we enjoyed our first visit to Bali. I would especially like to complement Amanda The guest experience representative. She is an excellent example of everything that a great guest experience officer should be. She is kind, friendly, helpful, and knows how to get things done. She made our trip here delightful.

The hotel is great for a family stay. A little bit away from the beach and center of Seminyak but thats not a problem if you rent a scooter. Also, they offer a free shuttle to the beach twice a day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant offers big variety of food and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Viggo is our favorite waitress, she was really smiley and caring.

Very clean, lovely facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a young lass Chelsea serve us on our first night and she was amazing. Pool is delightful. Some things are a bit pricey for Bali but it is a resort. Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast. Spa massage was so good but more expensive than in town. Was disappointed that the Bintang buckets was only the standard Bintang and not the low alcohol lemon one. Another server that had exceptional service was Dian.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada Encore Seminyak! The hotel is well-located, with spacious rooms, great facilities, and a beautiful lagoon-style pool. It’s great for families, offering a relaxed atmosphere and excellent amenities. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff—always warm, friendly, and eager to help. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the free shuttle to Seminyak Square was a great bonus. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with top-notch service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed Ramada Encore hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. A special shoutout to Adit,Dian who was especially kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast and lunch were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Dinner was equally delightful, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. The live music in the evening added to the wonderful ambiance, making dining a truly enjoyable experience. The swimming pool was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxation. It was a great addition to an already perfect stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its outstanding service, cleanliness, delicious food, and great amenities, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back.
