Lovely place to stay, in a very central and quiet location. Absolutely beautiful staff that were very hospitable and welcoming every day. The villa was well equipped with our own water cooler, kitchen utensils and having our own private pool made it extra special and convenient to swim in the privacy of our own space. Only small negative was the TV reception as we only got one or two good channels. Will definitely come back to stay here next time were in Bali

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Where do I start, if I could give 0 stars i absolutely would. It was my first time staying at this establishment.. my family are long time/regular visitors and have been coming here for many years so my expectations were extremely high. Our first night they put us in villa 1, every single room was covered in black mold, bedroom 3 had a water leak in the roof and they covered it up by moving the bed a little bit and putting a towel on the floor. My 5 year old nephew, sister and brother in law were stuck in this bedroom for the night, not to mention they found a rotten dirty pair of underwear behind the curtain while trying to open the window for fresh air (DISGUSTING). There was no hot water or water pressure so you couldn’t even shower. When we talked to reception they told us they will not be refunding us but would find another villa to put us in, this villa was not any cleaner but had less black mold in the rooms but the kitchen was covered in it, we were still very disappointed but tried to enjoy our holiday anyway. We had a 5 day stay booked, reception told us we will need to leave at 11am… TWO DAYS before our departure date and said that we only booked and paid for 3 nights and refused to refund us even with the receipt of a 5 day stay booked and paid for ON CARD and would not let us pay for another two days as they had already booked out the room to someone else?? The service and management here are a joke! They more were happy to take our money and kick us to the curb. We went back and forth for hours trying to demand a refund considering they put my family in danger with the black mold but have also buggered us around the whole 3 days we’ve been here.. my sister, dad and I got EXTREMELY sick after the first night because of the state of the room and then they happily moved another family in there even when we told them that it wasn’t safe to stay in. I will not be back and I hope for anyone who plans on staying here that you DO NOT! Take your money elsewhere, there’s more places out there that actually deserve your money! This place is filthy, management is awful and money hungry and do not care about you or your family’s safety. Disgusting establishment, disappointing staff and disgraceful management :) thank you for a horrible time Desmuda!

The Samoan Light

We stayed in the Deluxe Villa, such a nice spacious villa. I really got a nice relaxation vibe and you don't feel boxed in. Staff are friendly and they offer a decent breakfast. Location is great. I will definitely book with them again!

This villa is in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. We had breakfast every morning with a great selection and food cooked fresh to your needs. The staff are incredible. So kind, friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Old, dirty, bugs everywhere, breakfast was medicore so we ate somewhere else. Toilet outside and when rained, floors were soaking. Private villa but next to other villas so you can hear everything. Loud music from the bar near by tll 1am. Somehow managed to stay 3 nights as we were mostly out, never again..
