Such a beautiful classic looking hotel. All of the staff are accommodating and the food served are delicious. The room was very clean and smells good too. The location of the hotel is convenient as you can easily walk to the museum, the cambodia mart, also not far from the night market.

We've traveled the world, and this was undoubtedly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Celebrating our honeymoon, we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with beautiful lotus flowers, chocolates, and an exquisite bottle of red wine, and they even upgraded our room. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attentiveness. Breakfast was exceptional—some of the best we've ever had at a hotel—with impeccable service. Cocktails at the Elephant Bar were fantastic, and the manager truly understands what service and hospitality should be. We dined at the hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed the steaks and the Golden Age menu. The pool and facilities were perfect; I even managed to finish a book poolside, which is a rare treat. Our stay was an absolute dream, and we will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

the staff are very friendly!! they will greet you every time you walk by and remember your name
they prepared extract of stories/travel experience about siem reap on your bed everyday, and everything was cleaned throughoutly
I will definitely come back to this hotel!!
The drinks at the bar are also wonderful
but the shower is very small for a 5 star hotel

Great clean hotel, excellent facilities and service was outstanding. Mehdi the F&B manager went out of his way to help us with restaurants as well as calling them in advance regarding food allergies. Would highly recommend.

We had such a fantastic stay here. Every single member of staff was so lovely, and obviously really cared about their job. Our two Villa butlers were both fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and we loved our evening treats. If you stay here I highly recommend booking a temple tour with Mr Theay (hopefully spelled correct). He is such an expert, and did a perfect job of giving us just the right amount of information. The talk on the history of the hotel was also very insightful and provided such important context to our stay - I highly recommend. The pool is one of our favourite hotel pools we’ve ever visited!
