Our stay at Raffles Siem Reap was the highlight of our trip. The property is timeless, beautifully capturing the elegance of a bygone era while offering every modern comfort. What truly set it apart was the unsurpassed service. Every interaction was personal and warm, with staff remembering our names and treating us with genuine preferential care — we felt like royalty throughout our stay. The Elephant Bar was another gem, with its world-class gin collection and classy yet intimate atmosphere. Overall, Raffles Siem Reap delivered a first-class experience — elite, cozy, and super luxurious. Truly unforgettable.

This hotel property is truly an incredible experience. It’s expensive but you are paying for the attention to detail, privacy, quality of product and service. Nothing disappointed us during our stay. The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, have what you need and are taken care of. We stayed in the historic building of the property and the rooms were gorgeous! They are spacious, well appointed and we had an incredible view overlooking the pool. Again, the staff perfected the anticipatory guest service needs and remained consistent throughout. Shout out to the server at the bar - I shamefully forget her name but she was amazing! She knew the wine menu so well, gave some recommendations and just knocked it out of the park! We certainly spent more than expected but well worth it! If anyone is worried about safety and security please do not. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable or concerned. The team go out of their way to protect their guests. Cannot recommend this place enough and hope one day to get back there. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. Do get a rate that includes breakfast as the food is really outstanding. Excellent restaurant and lovely pool. Spa massages are very good and highly recommended. The tour the hotel organised was also good and in a very good vehicle. The only thing id strongly recommend not attending is the dinner theatre / show which is really not good and appears to be something like school theatre done pretty poorly.

A Return to Grandeur: My Third Stay at Raffles d’Angkor This was my third time staying at the iconic Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, and the magic hasn’t faded one bit. In fact, it only got better, I was graciously upgraded to the Raffles Suite, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The suite exudes timeless elegance, with thoughtful colonial-era detailing, beautiful panelled walls, and a warm, welcoming living area that made it feel more like a luxurious home than a hotel room. The separate bedroom was serene and beautifully appointed, with soft, flowing canopy drapes, crisp white linens, and a calming view of the garden and pool area. Every corner of the suite whispered quiet sophistication. What continues to impress me most about Raffles is the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed back like family. The attention to detail, from the fresh orchids to the perfectly placed fruit bowl, was subtle but deeply appreciated. Raffles d’Angkor remains a true sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap. There’s a sense of space, grace, and heritage here that’s increasingly rare. I already know this won’t be my last stay.

Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Cambodia — an experience that exceeded every expectation. This legendary hotel is more than just a place to stay; it is a journey back in time. With its beautifully preserved colonial architecture and serene atmosphere, the property radiates the timeless charm of old Indochina. From the moment of arrival, the service was flawless — attentive yet discreet, warm yet professional. Every member of the staff seemed to embody the essence of true hospitality, anticipating needs before they were expressed. The culinary experience was equally exceptional. Whether it was breakfast on the terrace or dinner under the stars, every meal was a showcase of refinement, flavor, and care. In short, Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor is a rare blend of history, elegance, and impeccable service — a true jewel in Southeast Asia. I would return without hesitation.
