Worst resort we have ever been to, The food is subpar and it is an ordeal to make reservations. It says adults only, but that is only in our building, the rest of the resort is crawling with kids, which is fine, but not as advertised and not what we paid for. Entertainment is lounge singers at best and karaoke that is so loud that it can be heard throughout the resort with doors closed. We cannot discourage you strongly enough to avoid this resort. You will be frustrated and disappointed. They continuously ask for feedback on services that falls on deaf ears with no response. Beautiful property ruined by a poorly managed and maintained resort. Stay away. Worst resort we have ever stayed at. The location is gorgeous and the facilities are good albeit run down and sloppy in places. The closet in our room is falling apart, the elevator works intermittently, the painting around the property looks like it was done by a blind person using their non dominant hand. Our room might be cleaned. If it is it could be as late as 6pm - we complained but we were told that is how Royalton works. You are required to use an app to make reservations but they are usually unavailable even though the restaurants are mostly empty. One must surmise that they want people to eat at the buffet. It’s also a challenge to get the minibar refilled with water and soft drinks. Someone just came to refill ours and said we could only have 2 bottles of water. The evening ‘entertainment’ is karaoke which can be heard in our room with the door closed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The management ignores complaints on their app despite asking for feedback on every thing all the time. Stay away from this resort.

I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the standards of this resort did not match our expectations.
Firstly, the room smelled strongly of mold, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Despite calling room service and the front desk nearly seven times to address this and other issues, no one ever came to resolve them. The furniture and overall room decor were outdated, adding to the discomfort and lack of appeal.
To make matters worse, we encountered roaches in our room. This is absolutely unacceptable for a resort that markets itself as a luxury destination. Even after bringing this to the staff's attention, no effort was made to rectify the issue.
The elevators were out of service for the entirety of our stay, forcing us to use service elevators. These areas were filthy, with garbage and leftover food scattered around, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment.
Overall, we did not feel valued or comfortable during our stay. The lack of responsiveness from the staff, poor room conditions, and general neglect of basic cleanliness left us deeply dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this resort and hope management takes immediate action to address these glaring issues.

Staying here at the moment- hideaway level. The app sucks - thanks Marriott. Room is large and surface beautiful. Shower pressure nil and not cleaned well or too old or used to get clean. Service is the worst. Bare bones toiletries and rarely restocked. Nearly impossible to make restaurant reservations and they are mandatory but they won’t tell you. Guest services are nice but rarely available because they are overwhelmed. Lastly we paid more by booking in advance - room rates less expensive online. Our first experience with chain and will not return. Overall beautiful location not a great all inclusive and needs an overhaul / refresh with rooms, app and service.

I almost did not leave a review, but I felt compelled to leave a review for this resort. We stayed here for 6 days, and it was an absolute amazing experience. The food is absolutely delicious , the service was outstanding, and our butler Raymond was an absolutely pleasure. This was hands down one of the best vacations I have ever taken. I would definitely return.

The Royalton St Lucia is a nice resort if you enjoy all-inclusive setups. The location is a bit removed from main areas, but if you plan to leave the property only for major excursions or attractions, this isn’t a problem. The resort itself has some great features, like a fantastic gym with all the equipment you could want and a relaxing spa experience (extra fee) that was a real highlight of my stay.
That said, my overall experience was disappointing. While the rooms look nice at first glance, they show significant wear and tear—wardrobes falling apart, taps not running properly, and sofas and other furnishings riddled with stains. The resort offers a selection of restaurants, but the food in all of them was quite average at best.
The real issue, however, was the customer service. Many of the front desk staff had a poor understanding of basic service standards. While some of the service staff at the beach and restaurants were friendly and went above and beyond, the majority seemed uninterested in being helpful. Simple requests took forever. For example, I ordered room service one night, and it took two hours to arrive. By the time it came, I had already tried to cancel it via the app and had put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, yet the server banged on the door late at night and was visibly angry when I told him it was too late.
One incident really stuck with me. I witnessed an older gentleman at the front desk, visibly upset because he had been waiting six hours for water he needed to take his cancer medication. When he came to the desk to ask for it, he was made to wait another hour. While his frustration led him to shout, which wasn’t ideal, the lead front desk staff member responded dismissively, saying, “I’m not a wizard, so you have to wait!” It was shocking and unprofessional.
These kinds of delays and dismissive attitudes were a recurring theme during my stay. It’s unfortunate because the resort has potential, but the lack of consistent service and the subpar condition of the rooms really detract from the experience.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously because with some improvements, this could be a much better experience for future guests.
