We really enjoyed our stay at the Zoetry Marigot Bay. The resort is set in a beautiful location, perched above the Marigot Bay marina and flanked by gorgeous mountains. It is a zen resort, so don’t expect all-out parties. Instead, sip some rum from our porch and enjoy the stars and the serenade of tree frogs.
During the day, the resort has two nice pools and a beach you can hop a ferry over to for snorkeling or paddle boarding. There are also several day trips you can book from the resort, such as fishing, hiking the Pitons, or enjoying the volcanic mud baths near Soufriere. The staff are all really nice, with a big shout out to Neil who took great care of us while we were there.
In terms of 5-star luxury, some might be disappointed with the rustic nature of the rooms and some of the amenities. There can also be long wait times for meals, which was probably the biggest negative. There are also a lot of stairs to navigate as you move around the resort, which some might not like. I took the extra exercise as a good excuse to have another Piton lager, the local beer which was kept fully stocked in our room by the staff.
To sum it up, the weather was perfect, the people were warm and friendly, and the resort was tranquil and beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort if that is what you’re seeking.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. It was an amazing experience. Food was delicious, service was amazing. Those who are expecting food to come out immediately, you choose the wrong hotel. Everything is cooked per order and that is exactly what we expected and wanted! All the staff is very sweet. The views are spectacular. HUGE shot out to Lucious at the Hurricane Hole! He truly is the sweetest person and such a hard worker! Allison at the pool bar, is amazing too. Each and every day they both made us smile. Truthfully Zoetry was so beautiful!

Sad I wasted my money on this place. The all inclusive is a joke. I believe they treat people better than pay cash such as the yachts coming in. Nobody seems to have a sense of urgency to meet guest needs. You spend your entire stay begging for basic things like room towels, bottled water, and more specifically distilled water for medical needs asked for well in advance that the hotel promised and did not deliver on. The rooms are super dated, and the bathrooms are done with water that shoots everywhere out of an open shower door that should not be open. We got a two bedroom with a plunge pool. The plunge pool is dirty, and never is cleaned. Seems to be unusable in my opinion. Some of the servers are nice and the food is decent, but that is the only redeeming quality of this place. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this to anyone searching for peace and relaxation in the lap of luxury because it is far from that

We have just returned from our honeymoon after staying at Zoetry Marigot Bay.
Our arrival at the hotel was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during the check in process. The room was lovely and had great views over the bay. The pool area is lovely and we never struggled to get a lounger. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the pool bar and the great cocktails made there by Caleb and Alison who are both lovely people.
We enjoyed the sunset cruise out of the bay and the staff on the boat were great.
Otherwise, I think my husband and I were pretty disappointed with the rest of the trip.
The food was pretty average around the resort, with the exception of the sushi served at lunchtime. We found that we became bored of the food quite quickly across the three restaurants offering the all inclusive options. We also found the cocktails weren’t that great outside of the pool bar which closed around 5pm. The evening entertainment was pretty much non existent, as singers were set up in a walk way between the main restaurant and its bar. There really wasn’t very much to do during the evenings.
All in all, we enjoyed our trip but probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Room was absolutely gorgeous, we had an amazing view of the bay. The food is very hit or miss, and the menus were a bit light. Service was incredibly slow, each meal would take at least an hour if not longer. The beach is shared, small and full of pushy vendors. You also have to take a ferry (free) to the beach. Staff was very friendly and eager to please.
