This resort is in a beautiful private setting, exceptionally clean, and quiet (only 26 rooms). Our room was comfortable and well-appointed with a balcony view of the ocean. The food was good, but limited in variety. The restaurant and bar wait staff were friendly, but service could have been faster if better coordinated.
Note for disabled travelers ~ The resort isn't at all disability friendly, with no elevators and stairs required to get *everywhere*. From our room there were 2 staircases to get to the restaurant, 5 to get around the pool, and 5 to the beach. Our room also had stairs between the main area and bathroom. This information should be better publicized to help mobility-impaired guests make informed lodging choices.

Our first trip to Calabash was in February 2024. It is a very peaceful resort. The staff is amazing and always kind and asking if they can be of any help. We have rebooked for Feb 2025, and will likely make Calabash our annual winter getaway. P.S.: the local eggs benedict on the menu is fantastic. I looked forward to it every morning!

The resort itself is nice and comfortable. The staff are also very helpful during our week-long stay. Food is ok not great though. The only highlight for me is the grilled lobster which was a special for one day. The location was a challenge for us. A nearby decent restaurant would be 30-40mins away by taxi. It’s also located quite far from major attractions like the piton mountains, mud bath, chocolate factory tour, etc(1.5 hours by taxi one-way).

We rented a nearby house and purchased day passes. The passes allow access to the beach and pool. This is a wonderful resort. The food o is good but the service is excellent! The entire staff is fun, friendly, and helpful.

It is a delightful resort. The ocean view, pool and service was spectacular. I also enjoyed very much my breakfast and dinner. I just missed the sunset but by all accounts must be amazing. It has the West Indian vibe with all the modern amenities and without the crowds. Highly recommended.
