Absolutely fabulous all inclusive resort. So happy with everything especially that beautiful Bahamas breeze and sun. A gorgeous private island is available to hang out all day. So many special employees like Felicia, Celeste, Ester, Joel, Terrel, Bullet, Oman just to name a few. The Captains of the boat made sure we had a fun time. First class all the way. Everyone works so hard to make it special. You will be happy! Especially for Valentines day. THANK YOU SANDALS! XOXO

Disappointing Honeymoon Experience at Sandals Royal Bahamian
We chose Sandals Royal Bahamian for our honeymoon, expecting a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what we had hoped for—so much so that we ended our 10-day stay early, leaving after just seven nights.
Our biggest disappointment was the room. We booked a swim-up suite, expecting a premium experience, but it did not live up to the hype. The swim-up pool was freezing cold and essentially unusable, making one of the suite’s biggest selling points a complete letdown. Additionally, the pool area backed onto a service road, which took away from the feeling of privacy and exclusivity. Given the high cost and the way these rooms are marketed, our expectations were significantly higher.
While the room was a major letdown, we did enjoy some aspects of the resort. The main restaurants served good food, and we had no complaints about the dining experience. However, beyond the restaurants, the overall amenities and resort atmosphere felt underwhelming and did not justify the premium price tag.
One bright spot of our stay was the butler service. Our butlers were fantastic—attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. They were truly the highlight of an otherwise disappointing trip.
For the price we paid and the reputation Sandals promotes, we expected much more. While the resort had some positives, the room quality, lackluster amenities, and overall underwhelming experience led us to cut our trip short. Sadly, we would not recommend Sandals Royal Bahamian to others looking for a truly luxurious honeymoon.

My husband and I enjoyed a trip to Sandals Royal Bahamian in the Butler Elite room category. This resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beaches are gorgeous - particularly at the private island. The private island was definitely the highlight of the trip! The beach is pristine, the atmosphere quiet and serene, snorkeling was great and the spa was wonderful. McQueen & Peggy were fantastic for our couples massage! Our butler service was really great! Our butler phone service wasn’t working one day (we didn’t realize it for several hours because we were at the island - on which butler service does not follow you), and all of the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed. One of our butlers, Junior, in particular went out of his way to take extra care of us. All of the staff we interacted with was so friendly, including our private transfer driver, Ricardo, when we were leaving. This was our first Sandals trip, and we already booked another trip before leaving. We loved the Bahamas and can’t wait to go back!

I typically never leave reviews however I felt it was necessary after returning from my vacation at the Sandals Royal Bohemian in Nassau, Bahamas. I have one word to describe my experience....AMAZING! My significant other and I stayed in the West Bay Honeymoon Swim-Up Butler suite for 6 days, 5 nights. One of the pros of the swim-up suite was having unlimited access to a pool directly outside of our room. We had two butlers who were great! I have to give a special shout out to our primary butler Sterling. He was absolutely wonderful. Professional, personable and very attentive. He paid attention to the small details and made sure he fulfilled every request that we asked for. Sterling went above and beyond the entire duration of our stay. I would highly recommend the butler service. The only cons we had were pertaining to the room. I must say the room was a little outdated and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low but other than that I would rate our stay at the resort an 8.5 out of 10. We will definitely be visiting some of the other Sandals resorts in the future.

Gorgeous location (Nassau) and love the private island access. Food didn't meet our expectations based on what we paid, but it was fine. Service can be slow and a little chaotic, however the staff is very friendly. Beautiful grounds, clean pools, and lots of sunshine!
