The most FILTHY, DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY hotel I have ever visited. It should be shut down, there is mould and stains everywhere. The bathrooms are rotting and dirty, its unbearable and it smells. The rooms are so stained and worn, we felt so extremely uncomfortable here. Even the blinds were broken and the tv controller was sticky. They dimly light rooms to hide issues but use your phone flashlight and see white stains and scratches on sofas, chairs and headboards. I absolutely despise this hotel. We were moved to a suite as it was late and difficult to find another hotel - this suite was equally disgusting. Anyone who likes this place is either lying or unhygienic. Furthermore, we were woken by hammering in a neighbouring room. The valet was rude to my driver (and the elderly lady in the car behind) and charged us $15 for a drop-off. There was no one to collect our luggage on arrival. Our initial receptionist had terrible customer service skills, it was extremely frustrating. The ONLY positive was the gentleman who helped us transfer our luggage to the new room, I unfortunately did not get his name but he was so kind and professional. Overall, please avoid this hotel. Its small, dark, filthy and a scam. There are countless hotels nearby that are far better.

Decent enough. It can be difficult finding hotels that aren’t questionable in the general area but this place was good. It could definitely use some TLC especially when looking closer in detail. I read a review mentioning the shampoo and conditioner being labeled as “toilet paper” - it’s Seletti wears Toiletpaper collection. The pool was nice enough. There isn’t much in the direct area… you’re surrounded by banks. The restaurant at the bottom was nice. Staff were pleasant.

I really enjoyed a recent stay here. The hotel is clean, wonderfully located, and reasonably priced. Nothing flashy, but it suited us fine. The cost of overnight parking was a bit much ($67), but that's probably the going rate in the neighborhood. Any staff I crossed paths with were incredibly friendly. I'd stay here again.

We booked two nights at the Sixty Beverly Hills for a first time trip to LA. Two weeks before check in I received an email from the assistant front office manager letting us know they were upgrading our room to a king suite because they oversold our room type. I replied back with no response so I called and confirmed that our room was in fact upgraded. Our room did not end up being upgraded, which is fine but I did let the front desk know that we were looking forward to the upgrade and were disappointed. They apologized and offered many excuses to explain the mix up but were not super helpful or professional. They were doing construction outside of the hotel at night, which made it difficult to get dropped off at the entrance. The room was pretty clean, but dingy and dark. Rusty pipes, chipped paint, loose sink faucet and fixtures, weak water pressure, needs updating and our view overlooked a parking lot. Other than the construction, the location was good. The roof top pool was nice with a great view, however the lounge chairs were super short and not very comfortable. Beware if you order anything from the restaurant or roof top bar they include gratuity and don't tell you. Lastly, we checked out super early in the morning and needed help with payment, but no one was at the front desk. Someone shouted from the back office and we had to convince him to come out to assist us. The check out process was lengthy and our ride was waiting for us. Overall not a great experience.

For 450$ a night you would expect top tier treatment and I was underwhelmed. They have outdated USB ports, the pool closes at 6pm, I ordered uber eats the front desk didn't bring me my food, there were big water bugs by the pool the bathroom floors were coming up by the toilet and I just wasn't impressed by the treatment of the staff. Oh and it's 65$ a night for parking. So do with this information as you will
