A fantastic, well-equipped beachfront hotel. Ticks all of the boxes for a large hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean and amply facilitated. The staff are attentive yet relaxed and make you feel at home instantly.
My only concern would be that we were lucky with our hotel room (3017) - it’s a garden terrace deluxe room that was very well positioned and not over looked. However, not all rooms had the same setting or view. There are a few rooms where privacy is non-existent. Ensure you do your homework, via reviews and request a location in advance.
The pools were a good size and we always managed to find a bed, even if we arrived in the afternoon. There is a strict no empty bed reservation policy before 10am which helps.
We stayed for the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner, which was excellent. Definitely worth the money and a real memorable experience.
The hotel gym was more than suitable for a maintenance workout whilst away. It’s open from 7am via a coded keypad.

What an incredible experience for my first ever visit to Thailand. The people and service is outstanding! 20/10! The food the amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, the staff are out of this world.
The only only downside was unfortunately the room as my parents, teenage brother (17) and I (24) had to share a bathroom. Other then that the rooms were cleaned and tidied every morning with fresh bottled water left in the fridge.
Out of the 2 restaurants at the hotel, I would highly recommend the Restaurant By The Sea as the staff and service are both excellent.
I would 100% come back here!

Great location! Rooms are huge but lack in decor and do not include a coffee maker, fridge, or microwave. Need to update the rooms a bit. Massages on site were phenomenal. Great buffet breakfast seaside. Traditional Thai dinner a la carte was wonderful and very reasonably priced.

I stayed in a junior suite which was massive - two showers and two toilets. The only suggested change on the room would be to refresh the flowers that were put in there. I stayed for 10 nights and the flowers were dying and attracting bugs at the end.
The staff were always greeting you with a smile and hello as you walked past and as my room came with a 10% discount on food and beverage, I was reminded by staff to use it when I had forgotten. The poolside waiter often coming back with a revised bill for me hen he could have just of easily overlooked it, which was appreciated.
Location wise it was perfect for me - I wanted a quiet holiday with no rowdiness and that’s exactly what this offered.

With four fantastic pools within the resort there is never a problem finding a sun lounge. The rooms are very quiet, spacious and clean with your own private balcony. The buffet breakfast is tasty and adequate with a large choice. The resort is very large but has 2 restaurants and is right next to the ocean and there are plenty of small markets and cafes within a short walk. We enjoyed visiting the night market which ran 3 evenings during the week, with fresh fruit, cooked food and clothing to buy at reasonable prices.
