Wonderful hotel in convinient location! Mainly it depends on crew! First man we met is doorman Golf, outstanding person, his smile and polite attitude is charming, he helped us with all issues connected with shopping, excursion, pharmacy and etc. Another very kind person is front desk manager Daniel, he is always ready to help you to solve any issue and to give right advice. All crew from front desk to room service, kitchen and security are very polite and highly professional specialist who can make your vacation unfogettable! Quiet and cozy place close to all recreation and shopping points. Direct entrance to Bangtao beach is so comfotable! We visited this hotel in October 2025 and our whole family is grateful for all crew! 👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️ With lot of thanks and respect from Qazaqstan 🇰🇿👍👍👍

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Bangtao Resort and had a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed—Golf and Tom at the door were always there to help with a smile, making check‐in seamless and hassle‐free. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous spread of both local and international items, fresh fruit, hot dishes, great coffee—it gave the perfect start to each day. The pool is another big plus. It’s beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful—a perfect place to relax, whether you want to swim laps or just lounge by the water. Overall, service here is excellent; the staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly take pride in the guest experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort stay with good food, great amenities, and warm service, Best Western Premier Bangtao is a lovely choice.

Its an old hotel so don't expect fancy luxury rooms but the hotel is well maintained, beautiful grounds and pool areas the beds were very comfy and the rooms clean and cool. Lots of mosquitoes but spray and the mosquitoe mats they providr helps. Bathrooms were also clean and neat with all amenities. Staff are amazing and attentive. I loved the location...you cant better value for money..best of beach life at Bang Toa and city life of Patong 20min away. Lots of shops and a 7/11 across the road was just amazing convenience. You dont want for anything. The hotel helps you with everything you want to do as well but we used Tour East and were so impressed by the tours.

Second time to Bang Tao beach. Love the area. Regards the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, from Day 1. The reception team were great & got us booked in very quickly. There was a lovely young man called Golf, that took our cases from us & stored them til our room was ready, who then took us to the restaurant for breakfast. He promised to find us when it was time for our room, so after eating, we went to sit by the pool. When our room was available, he came to fetch us & carried some of our luggage to it. Every time he saw us during the week, he met us with a massive smile. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On leaving day, he told us he'd be up to our room to bring our cases down......& he was. Can't fault any of the staff, from reception to maintenance, bar tenders to waiters, housekeeping to security.....all were very pleasant, happy & smiley.

Had a great time, the best time at this resort. ALL staff were friendly and very pleasant. Would highly recommend and come and stay again. The all inclusive option was well worth it, great quality food, easy transport links if say you wanted to go Pa tong for a great night life street food. Otherwise if you’re not big on the big party atmosphere the local bars and restaurants nearby/ along the coast etc will suffice. Thank you best western.
