Beautiful setting, resort is gorgeous. The room is big with everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained with clean pool areas. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. It's only our 3rd night, and we have fallen in love with this resort. Would highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay.

We loved our stay and wished we were there longer. The resort feels like a 5 star hotel, not a 4 star. Everyone was so nice. The pool and spa were wonderful and the restaurant served a good buffet breakfast. Dinner was delicious and well priced. They had tons of lounge chairs overlooking the beach. I spent every evening relaxing looking at the ocean. We would stay here again definitely. It is a family friendly resort and there was a good mix of tourists from everywhere.

Almost everything about this hotel is good except one thing. It's allowed to smoke almost EVERYWHERE in the territory of the hotel. Even in the places where sun longers are located. This is a HUGE minus to the hotel. There should be special places where smokers can smoke, like in other hotels, and not where people relax. Again, this is the huge minus to the hotel!

Good hotel to stay. Nice staff. Daniel was quite helpful. Have supported us during whole stay. Really professional. Gave a lot advises about the Phuket itself as well as answered all the questions about the hotel
