We really had a wonderful time here! All the staff we came across were extremely kind and always greeted us with a smile. The front desk staff especially Jerry was helpful and even recommended some great places to visit nearby. We booked a Superior Ocean Side Room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and from the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the beach. Beach access was also very convenient, just a short walk from the room. Before arriving, we were a little anxious after reading some negative reviews, but our experience was exceptional. If you want your room made up, the staff comes promptly, and their app is super helpful for requesting extra water, amenities, room service, or restaurant services. Our booking included breakfast, and there were plenty of varieties to choose from — the food was delicious! We also had dinner twice at Soul Kitchen, and the food was amazing, especially the mango salad — a must-try! The beach was stunning, and the sunset views were breathtaking. On one rainy day, the beach wasn’t as clean, but on other days, it was very well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay — great service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful beach. Highly recommended! 🌅

Great room. Great staff. Great breakfast. Nice spa. The beach however is the worst beach I've ever been to in Thailand. There is trash all over this beach. To be fair, the hotel does clean the beach right in front of the hotel. I would encourage them to have a schedule to clean more. I'm not sure if there is a way to stop the horses from riding in front of the hotel. They pee and crap on the sand all day every day. I would return to stay at the hotel, but the beach is so disgusting I don't think I will return. The other guests seem to be enjoying it and completely oblivious to it. I guess it is the Phuket crowd. I'm not used to Phuket and I've been living in Thailand 20 years. This trip just confirmed why I hate Phuket. Nothing wrong with this hotel though. The room was perfect. Thank you. It's a very nice view. If you like to stay at the hotel and just enjoy the hotel then there's nothing wrong here. The kids love the pool from what I could see.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach. The hotel is not only modern and stylish but also very comfortable and safe, which made our experience truly relaxing. The location is unbeatable — right by Kamala Beach, which is peaceful, scenic, and great for long walks or just chilling by the ocean. The food options were fantastic! There’s a wide variety, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. It genuinely felt like they cared. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient beachside getaway in Phuket!

Absolutely Loved It! This hotel truly exceeded expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable — perfectly situated and incredibly photogenic, making it ideal for capturing unforgettable memories. The beach was spotless, with soft sand and well-maintained surroundings. You could easily spend the whole day there, just relaxing and soaking in the views. The pool was a highlight — large, crystal-clear, and beautifully designed. Great for both relaxing swims and stunning photos! Service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. And the breakfast? Fantastic. A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and something to suit every palate. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

It was an average experience. We booked a Beach Villa; the view was normal not like the photos and the room had some insects and small ants on the bed. The air conditioning had an issue and wasn’t cooling properly, but they fixed it quickly, and their response was excellent in that regard. There were a few missing amenities compared to other hotels, such as tissues only available in the bathroom, and just one bath towel per person with no extras. Overall, the staff service was excellent. It was a pleasant experience, but would I repeat it? I don’t think so
