As a Japanese guest, I had a wonderful stay here! There were very few Asian guests, which really suited my travel style. The hotel has several pools and a perfect location. It’s true the hotel is on a very steep hill—it was tougher than I expected, so I mainly used motorbike taxis. Honestly, I think the slope could be dangerous for kids, elderly guests, or anyone not used to physical activity. But aside from that, everything was fantastic. I loved how peaceful it was without children around. The pool bar was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect—I almost don’t want this place to become too famous! Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, though I did meet one chef and one waiter who seemed unfriendly. Luckily, other staff members made up for it with their warmth. At check-in, the young woman spoke English with a strong Thai accent, which was hard to understand. I recommend asking them politely to speak slowly—it helps a lot. At check-out, however, the staff member spoke very clear English and was extremely kind. Overall, this hotel was amazing! The few negatives didn’t matter at all. I will definitely come back again!

Hotel is fabulous. Gym good, enough do do whatever. Pool amazing, staff friendly and helpful, amazing. TV not good,room is awesome .Location a miss, it's up a steep hill, it'll get leg day in. Staff is wonderful and breakfast had a variety and great to start the day.

Rooms The rooms are sleek and thoughtfully designed, with cozy beds and stylish touches. Our room even feature a private Jacuzzi on the balcony perfect for unwinding after a day at Old Phuket Town. The pool bar was the place to be, everything else felt comfortable and clean. Dining & Amenities Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The infinity pool and Stella Pool were both stunning, the gym was modest but functional, and the spa offered relaxing treatments. Location & Service Yes, the hill is steep, but fare is only two hundred Baht. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The team made us feel welcome and well cared for. Final Thoughts If you are looking for a stylish, adults-only retreat with magnificent views and a touch of luxury, The SIS Kata is a fantastic choice.

I had a wonderful stay at The SIS Kata. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — I slept so well every night. The rooftop pool and the sea view were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. If you want a room with a great view, you should book in advance as they fill up quickly. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a perfect place to relax in Phuket.

Most amazing views & staff reception area mostly friendly & helpful. Rooms are too small. Not enough space to suitcases. Very crampy. Staff at the pool bar relax area not friendly nor helpful. They not wanting to move umbrella to give shade from the harsh sun. Very disappointing. Breakfast & view nothing to complain about. The walk to beach is very steep down & back up. Kata not the best for shopping. Prices actually more expensive than in Patong. If not for the view our time would have been bad. Thankfully we upgraded although we had to pay substantially more. I won’t be returning to Kata.
