We got the double room with no view. The service here is top notch and efficient. Rooms are spacious and well thought out for comfortability. They give a beach bag and towels- pool is nice although not really for swimming as it is quite small. Hotel is on a hill so walk up is tiring but it is very close to attractions and shops.

While yes the hotel is very modern, the rooms clean and comfy and the service great — I think the real winner here is the breakfast buffet. I never wanted to leave the breakfast table. They have a dim sum table, a fresh fruit table, a traditional Thai soup that changes every day, someone making fresh eggs on request… and so much more. Would actually come back just for the breakfast

Lovely hotel. Great value for money.
Pool has a good number of beds and umbrellas for shade, and a poolside bar (cocktails for 300thb which isn't crazy for the area). The food prices are reasonable too.
Breakfast included in our room rate and we left feeling full every day!
The service from staff is excellent, they are very helpful and welcoming.
Great beach towels, robes and a beach bag to borrow during your stay.
Our only "issue" was that there was a damp/blocked drain smell after our first night in the room, and although we asked for it to be looked at it didn't improve.
Despite three cloudy wet days in Phuket this hotel definitely helped us get through the wet days!
We would definitely stay again.

Wow! What an experience!
The bed is so comfy , the food is so delicious and the swimming pool is just an attraction by itself. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and i had such good vibes in this place. Will definitely come back again!

One of the worst service ever. Please do yourself a favour and make sure they tell you what is being paid for and what is not. They would charge you for everything you use in the room even if there is no tag that says it should be paid for on checkout.
Note: they even charge for your slippers in your room
Also believe people when they say the hill, going up and down is exhausting. Wasn’t too much of an issue for us, but for accessibility not great.
