Location is within walking distance to Altinkum Beach. There are nice restaurants, cafes and bars along the way. The service is not of a high standard. The rooms are a decent size however the bathroom is not. There was something wrong with the handle and there was no door in the shower. When this was raised to reception it was noted and nothing was then done about it nor was there a follow up. The room had rubbish on top of a cupboard from the previous guest/guests which I also told them about. She did not thank me for providing this information nor was there an apology. If you are looking for a good location, want breakfast included and do not have high expectations for service or amenities then this is the place for you. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which boasts a Blue Flag – a sign of how clean and well-maintained it is. The staff, especially the receptionists Zeynep and Ayşe, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist us with pricing and were always quick to respond to any requests. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. While there could be a bit more variety with the breakfast and dinner options, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay close to the beach. I definitely recommend it for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and pool but the guy behind the reception made my holiday awesome! I asked about some Directions and he nicely provided them plus some flyers and told us about the city! When we left i forgot something in my room and needed to retrieve it. The same Gent from before gave me the key and helped me retrieve it! 10/10

Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and all I can say is that it’s a good hotel with good location and good rooms ! The pool is open until night 10 pm so u have lots of time. It’s next to the beach 1 min walking and there are a lots of shops and supermarket.They clean your room every day. I think I would recommend this to anyone who wants quality hotel with good location. Only bad things that happened are the smell of smoking from other rooms that come into yours and the breakfast that’s a bit small but for the price it’s good. Overall for the price you can’t complain , the staff is very welcoming and nice. The location is good and the rooms are good. Thank you for welcoming me :)

The customer service is useless i had to ring twice for toilet paper and didn't arrive. I had to go find it myself. The staff are rude we had items missing not accusing the hotel staff but still there was items that were missing took them a day to check cameras and said there was nothing they could do. Room service didnt come once in 3 days to atleast clean the rooms location is very good apart from that nothing else to say that was good. All inclusive hotel that charges 10tl for cup of fanta and 30tl for cans. Think twice before you book.
