We are leaving this quaint hotel and it was perfect for adults that simply want to relax. Staff here is AMAZING! Neal is one of the supervisors and I'm pretty convinced there is nothing he doesn't do. When the dining room got crowded- he jumped in. He mixed drinks when an extra set of hands was needed as well. He also was very friendly and made great conversation! Tre is AMAZING behind the bar! He made one of the best mojitos I've ever had and his espresso martini is top notch! Hw even took note a day we went to the beach and he remembered how I take my mojito and had one sent down to me. Christina runs the entire dining area at this time of year with a smile and grace! I'm gluten free and the hotel did not have many options to accommodate that, she went above and beyond especially at tea time. Beach The beach area is STUNNING! I love that it is a natural beach so there are plenty of waves. Morning stretching and yoga was great at 7am! There are always plenty of very friendly locals. We were not once harassed with people trying to sell us items. Pool We loved the pool. It was refreshing even though it was consistently 95 or hotter. This shower to rinse off from the beach does need to be fixed. It is pretty much useless. And the radio that plays music goes in and out, which is disappointing. Rooftop I have NO IDEA why this hotel is not utilizing their roof top area. There should 100% be at least a bar/lounge area up there. We went to Cafe luna two doors down and they did an amazing job. Abidah should be putting a mobile bar up there, some bistro tables, string lights. It is prime real estate with an amazing view and it's just being left empty. Entertainment There is NONE. It didn't really bother us, but i mean even the music system was not reliable by the bar at night. They could easily set up karaoke a few nights a week for their guests. We were also here in the off season so I'm sure this did not help. Room We had Room 302 which is oceanview with two balconies and was gorgeous. Our air went out one night at 3am but maintenance had it fixed in 15 min. We also had an issue with them regulating our shower water temperature. House keeping came daily and we were always impressed. I just wish they would leave more towels. The robes in the room are lovely. Room Service None. We were disappointed we couldn't order a bottle of wine or a fruit platter to the room. This could easily be an additional on that generates money for them. Food We had no issues with the food. Breakfast was my least favorite, but honestly we never went hungry. Lunch was always delicious. Dinners are a different theme every night. Nearby Acitivites When you check in they should give you a map of the local area with things you can walk to and spots not to miss. This would have been amazingly helpful! Overall, if you want a chill relaxing vibe with only adults, you'll be happy here.

The most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. Everything we wanted:- beautiful beach, very attentive guy Racqin who’s job is the sun beds but also took drink orders. Andrea the bar tennder amazed everyone by remembering their names, Andea made everyone feel special. Rooms immaculate. Food excellent and head chef Leo would go out of his way to please. All waiting staff so friendly and worked really hard. All the female waitresses where fantastic. The best male was *KYLE HUDSON* he worked so hard non stop, he is so throughly and hygienic wiping the tables. Even though Kyle worked non stop he always had time to speak to residents. I feel Kyle made every one’s holidays even better. It is clear he is a lot of residents favourite. We wish him well with his foot ball career and we are sure he will make Barbados Proud.

A pretty small hotel with a pretty small pool, however as the hotel was not full there was enough sun beds to go round. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Would I recommend it? Absolutely.

MOULD IN FIRST FLOOR HALLWAY, STENECH OF MOULD IN ROOM 107. FRONT OF HOUSE AND THE BOOKINGS DEPARTMENT INEPT AND IMPERTINENT(bar Nikki). STAFF BLEACHED THE HALLWAY AND PAINTED OVER THE MOULD AFTER IT WAS REPORTED (though the smell and mould obviously reappeared within days; we already had evidence before their shoody cover up job anyway). WRONGLY TOLD EXPEDIA NOT TO REFUND US THOUGH 107 WASN'T USED. IN SHORT DO NOT BOOK HERE! Endless negatives, however (apologies for misspellings) Mrs Sharon deserves a promotion and pay rise. She is beyond delightful and ran dining with so much aptitude, diligence and professionalism. Alike, Andreh. They both singlehandedly redirected such a tumultuous experience into a positive one; always so nice, friendly and polite, but equally remarkable at their jobs. On arrival Charlene was embarrassingly unhelpful with resolving a rerooming request stating there was no mould and the city tax issue (Expedia quoted us less). She was completely fine subsequent to this day. Shaunie was horrendously unprofessional and argumentative continously refusing the refund, claiming I stayed in the flagged mouldy room when there was cctv outside the room to prove I didn't. Hostile and abrasive just like Tara from bookings who refused to speak with me on the phone to resolve the matter. After the pictures Expedia refunded me. Both Tara and Shaunie would do well to be mentored in custimer service by Nikki who was completely empathetic and professional. A couple stayed here in Feb and told us it's already down hill since Oct. Ms Sharon, Andreh, Juluis, Neil, Chef D and his team, Nicole and the housekeeping team, the young man who manages the beach (name begins with R I think), and the young lady on dinner service, amazing. However the poor dilapidated state of the place, mould and some surpar employees warrant never staying in this place ever again. Save your money, go somewhere else.
