For us, a trip to Thailand is where we can relax at the same time while our kids have a good time as well, unfortunately this was not our cup of tea. But if you’re looking for a trip with your kids aged 6 and above and want a hotel to keep them busy around the clock, then this is the place for you. However, if you need a peaceful holiday, it’s not the best option. The resort is not only huge (giving it a very commercial feel) but also crowded at all times. The breakfast is okay, but too crowded for someone to be able to enjoy it. The breakfast was overall a 3/5 given the choice of food and ambiance. For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but here I felt claustrophobic and couldn’t eat; there were far more tables than the capacity of the restaurant, ques all around, banging of plates, and loud chatter. The management should consider hosting guests at a third location as well, because they have literally crammed all families under one roof and only allow couples with no kids to dine at the second breakfast venue. Being parents to three kids aged 5 and under, it’s not the ideal destination. The place cuts you off from the outside world as well. It’s a long walk if you want to visit the markets and massage spas nearby. I would prefer a more relaxing and less crowded place to stay for my next trip here. Rooms are nice and clean with good facilities . The beach is well maintained and beautiful.

Likes: -the swimming pool accessible via our room was great for my kids -great facilties in the hotel, too many to name them all -great variability at breakfast buffet. -although it was rainy season, contrary to other reviews there still was plenty of sun to enjoy. -location away from the main road, therefore not so busy/noisy. Dislikes: -breakfast was very crowded. -sea was too rough, so we couldn't swim in it during our visit

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel (July 14 - 28, 2024). For us, everything was perfect. We knew exactly what to expect: It was rain and low season. The rain and cloudy weather was never a problem for us. Rather the opposite, we really enjoyed the rain and also using the pools in that time. The water park was great for the whole family, no matter if adult or child.

Absolutely perfect place for families. We stayed for a week in a pool room. The facilities are top notch and the staff is very welcoming. You don't need to go anywhere. They got water slides to kids play room, beach to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend it.

It is like a dream for kids, there is plenty of activities for the kids everyday, be aware that the good ones is by payment. The place Is huge, you have quite areas for adults while there is separate pool areas for kids and families. I truly recommend to order rooms with entrance to the pool. The cleaning is OK but not more than that, the staff and all the employees are very helpful.
