Our stay at X10 has been truly wonderful due to the extremely competent and kind service from the staff. Katai, Not, Lily, Gift and the rest of the lovely personel have made our stay with our one-year old son fantastic!

Staff was absolutely amazing. The ladies at front desk were super accommodating, helpful and amazing with my kids. I would highly recommend this resorts to families. Everywhere is super clean. I wasn’t aware that it is a non-smoking resort which is great for kids but I think the hotel should be clear on their advertising platforms as it was very inconvenient for some member of our party.

Stayed there last month and couldn't fault the place. Upgrade to pool view room which was well worth the extra $20 per night. Very happy staff will do anything for you and food very good at reasonable prices. Breakfast all you would want and special thanks to Kathleen in the reception area and the 2 wonderful pool bar staff Gift and her cousin Peary. Would definitely go back.

I stayed here 10 nights 🌙 and check out today. I planed to give 5 star critics because the room is big and clean, bed is very comfortable, 2x massages were very good, foods are tasty even not all, kids club are wow and friendly, beach is clean. But I am shocked today because while check out they asked about why only 1 shampoo. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms but as we check in we saw only 1 shampoo. Why they didn't check it out as we check in???? They think I steal it? The receptionist told me an unprofessional question because one of the bad room cleaner called her as we check out that the shampoo only 1. If I were the receptionist I wouldn't asked such question to the guests because it's the fault of the room cleaner that they didn't check as we check in that it was always 1 shampoo at the first day we entered the room. So we cam only use one bathroom because only one shampoo!!!!!! And they asked us for that stupid unpolite question today????? Embarrassing!!! Both that receptionist and that room cleaner were totally unprofessional for a 5 star resort. Sorry to say this but I never sleep in 5 star resort and got stupid question at checkout because the 10 nights stays didn't enough to prove about 1 shampoo! I hope the general manager knows this and will manage to have better staffs. By the way thanks for the good staffs who were friendly to us especially kids club.

Great resort and family friendly. We had a great 5 day experience here with kids. The friendly staff in management , Main restaurant, sea food restaurant and specially the kids club were so great with much hospitality. Definitely recommend.!!!
