We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is beautifully designed, with a well-maintained and intimate atmosphere that makes everything easily accessible. The modern rooms, lovely pool areas, and direct access to the sea create a perfect setting for relaxation. What stood out the most was the exceptional professionalism of the staff. Although we initially faced a minor delay at check-in, the team handled it very well, offering a sincere and professional apology, which we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel where we felt completely at ease. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Great beach front hotel! Velcoming and friendly staf. Exellent service! Exellent food! Big familyhotel with 5 big pools! The one closest to the beach is an adult pool, great for couples! We stayed in room 4211 beside the adultpool and beach restaurant! Perfect for us! One of the best locations in Khao Lak. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Highly recommended! We would very much like to come back another time! 5 stars from us!🤩👍

Good resort, perfect for families Lots of pools and kids club. Spacious clean room The hotel looks modern and well maintained. Great beach. Slightly further to the restaurants/main road but perfectly doable (mostly in the evening when it's less hot)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with our reservation, but Jane assisted us with professionalism and kindness, quickly resolving everything. The hotel is new, well-maintained, and always spotless, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing we switched room to pool access and it was free the workers were so nice to us and the surrounding. Could also se that every morning the clean the pool witch was nice to see. The hotel was nice and it was very clean the food was amazing as well would recommend this place to everyone
