Just completed 7 night stay at the waters in upper pool access. I can't find a negative thing to say. The room clean and spacious as to the balcony. The staff are excellent and kind . They did well to create a Halloween theme for us to enjoy . To Pai and the student staff great costumes. Thank you.
The location for us is perfect the pool/s are large you can find your own space to relax or enjoy your balcony and walk down your private steps to the pool. Even the food was reasonably priced. Breakfast more than enough choice. We had a relaxing time and we would stay again. We even left some clothing behind but they sort found and sorted that out too so we'll. Excellent resort.

Location is great, very walkable. This place is called waters for a reason! Pools everywhere. I think every room has access to a pool right in front of it which is convenient. The main pool was nice and had great happy hour. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a 7/10, could have used more options and stronger coffee but delicious chicken and fish dishes. Would definitely come back. Bed was huge! They also really support conservation and non waste 💚
Lots of families and children running around screaming and pounding on our door. But the area is very family friendly so if you don’t want that then go to adult only I think

Our favourite hotel on this trip so far. Lovely pool access room that led into huge pool. Good breakfast and also pizza at Amici. Nice staff. We would love to come back here for longer. Highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool access room. What a treat. Check-in was so easy, we arrived late morning and were taken straight to our room which was stunning. The staff were so friendly and special mention to the housekeepers who kept our room spotless and left amazing "towel art" on the bed most mornings - I particularly loved the elephant. All the swimming pools were amazing and we made sure we dipped our toes (so to speak) in them all. We had the most fantastic experience, breakfast every morning was delicious, the happy hour at the swim up bar was amazing and we made our way through the cocktail list on offer quite easily during our 14 night stay. We will definitely be back and a huge thank you to all the staff who were just so lovely and a special mention to Bunta and Lucee who always went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant. We did not want to leave and I cant wait to go back. Wendy Murcott, Bowentown, New Zealand. (Room 1413 - 23 July 2024 to 6 August 2024.

What an absolute great hotel/resort. Lots of pools. We had a room in two level part, just had to come down private stairs to pool, definitely get a direct access room next time.
Staff were good and friendly, know English is hardest language to learn, they were all polite and happy to help but interaction was limited.
There are some maintenance issues that need fixing, rust in metal poles, but hard in a tropical region.
Handy location to local restaurants, markets, shops and tours.
Highly recommend
