Really enjoyed our family stay here.
We had 7 members of our family staying here so needed 4 rooms.
I think rooms could be a bit updated from wear and tear. We had to get them to fix balcony door and bathroom door and noticed a few other repairs needed.
We were room 104 which was bottom floor and we did notice it smelt a little mouldy. The other three rooms were much fresher!
I noticed other reviews mentioning can get noisy in those bay rooms as is near a bar which is open late so ask not to be in the rooms around 104. 202 was noisy also.
But pool area was great!
Room cleaning was always very good!
Breakfast Buffet was really good and we looked forward to it every day and the choices.
The staff at reception and other areas were always willing to help you.
We would come back again as we enjoyed our stay however I would pay more not to be in Bay rooms and maybe get a swim up room.
The hotel is very close to many restaurants that you can walk to and the great markets at night!

Fantastic hotel situated close to the beach and the Main Street of bars and restaurants.
Staff are lovely throughout.
The bubbles pool bar was great and cocktails on happy hour 3-5pm.
Rooms were specious we had the pool access 1523 which was tucked away nicely. Our in laws had the bay rooms 403 and 407 which wernt white aw nice as the pool access but still a great room with everything you need.
The restaurant did amazing breakfast.

Just completed 7 night stay at the waters in upper pool access. I can't find a negative thing to say. The room clean and spacious as to the balcony. The staff are excellent and kind . They did well to create a Halloween theme for us to enjoy . To Pai and the student staff great costumes. Thank you.
The location for us is perfect the pool/s are large you can find your own space to relax or enjoy your balcony and walk down your private steps to the pool. Even the food was reasonably priced. Breakfast more than enough choice. We had a relaxing time and we would stay again. We even left some clothing behind but they sort found and sorted that out too so we'll. Excellent resort.

It was the last hotel in a long list of hotels we stayed in prior to going home. It was OK and that was all. Breakfast was excellent with anything you wanted available. Staff in the restaurant were excellent however the reception and pool bar staff lacked customer service and it looked as though they couldn't care less about the customers, it was just a job! They need to remember, it is the customer who is actually paying their wages. Lift your customer service game. Bell boys were great. WIFI was poor.

Excellent design of the many pools. Good prices in the poolbar during happy hours. The restaurant is in the adjacent building, which makes the area quiet after the pool closes. Some rooms are in more shades than others. Make sure to ask what you are booked at. Only 7 mins from the beach. Best location for the many restaurants in the town. Recommended.
