I was recommended White Rocks Hotel by my Uncle and Aunt who have stayed there many times and it did not disappoint. When you get dropped off outside you can't even see the hotel because it's down a flight of stairs. But the nice bellman helped us carry all of our luggage down to check in and then to our room. My husband and I were there for the first part of our honeymoon with a few friends for the first few days of our stay and we splurged for a room with a private pool. But wow, the view from our room and pool was breathtaking. We ordered room service as we always do and the food was delicious. The hotel is a ~10 min drive from the Argostoli town and we spent the first few nights having dinner and drinks in the town while our friends were there with us. The last two nights we ate at the hotel restaurant and it was VERY delicious and also a stunning setting with live music one night. My only negative was that the charged you for water and ice but that is a minor detail. Also, the beach area was underwhelming if that's what you're looking for and the pool seemed quite crowded everyday which is why I recommend booking a room with a private pool. It was well worth it. I highly recommend White Rocks Hotel for an awesome stay in Kefalonia!

We had an incredibly wonderful stay at White Rocks. We were in Kefalonia for a wedding and wanted to finish our trip with a nice hotel stay. We stayed for two nights here. It was amazing! In my opinion, the hotel felt underpriced for how nice it was and all the amenities we got to enjoy. We were actually skeptical to book, because it seemed too good to be true. But it was in fact true! The entire hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. We felt like we were living in luxury! We absolutely loved our stay here and will most definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Kefalonia again.

The perfect vacation!! We were there during the month of August, a vacation of several couples of friends. The hotel is romantic and suitable for couples, and also big enough and fun for groups of friends like we were. There is a large pool that is also suitable for vacations with children, and there is the option of taking a room with a private and romantic pool, the perfect vacation! The location is excellent, close to the airport (8 minutes drive) and close to the central city (10 minutes drive), a perfect location that combines spectacularly beautiful beaches. The food at the Lungomare restaurant located in the hotel is simply fantastic! One of the best chef restaurants I've eaten at. Excellent service, clean and luxurious hotel, we will definitely come back again!

We stayed in Room 29, a beautiful bungalow room overlooking the sea. The room is well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a small sitting area, then the main bedroom plus sofa overlooking the seafront. The bathroom was great, separate bath and shower and double basins. The balcony was lovely, however one of the table chairs broke but was replaced quickly when reported to reception. A big positive was that there was a large sun umbrella on all the balconies, useful and enabled us to use the balcony more than we would have done without the shade. We stayed half board and the food in the dining room (White Dining Room - Buffet Restaurant) was fresh, tasty and plentiful with nice views in the evening of the setting sun. While there is an outdoor pool, we used the hotel private beach each day with free sunbeds and umbrellas, the beach is a combination of stone, shingle and sand so be sure to pack a pair of sea shoes for swimming, a lovely beach, very relaxing. Staff at White Rocks were all very friendly, helpful and exceptionally polite, a few to mention were Alexandra on reception, Elizabeth and Alexia in the dining room and Giorgi. Sorry we can’t remember more names, all were great. Would highly recommend the hotel. White Rocks Hotel - Vrachinari Beach & Pool Bar Called here a few times for snacks/drinks whilst spending the day on the beach. Staff were always exceptionally friendly, the food and drinks served were tasty and fresh. All drinks were served in plastic tumblers so you could take them to the poolside/beach and return to a large basket on your way back. It is helpful to be able to charge purchases to the room whilst out and about on the complex, saved having to take cash out with you. Also to note the poolside and beach were beautifully maintained and cleaned all the time, a credit to the grounds staff. White Rocks Hotel - Lungomare La Carte Restaurant This is the a la carte restaurant in the White Rocks Hotel and is truly a very special experience and certainly shouldn’t be missed whilst staying here. We visited for lunch one day and a couple of evenings for dinner. The service and all the staff were excellent, with stunning views of the sea and the sunsets were amazing. Dishes of note, although everything was freshly made and delicious, were the Greek salad, seabass, risotto and pork gyros, worth a visit. It is also worthy of note that there is a local supermarket nearby (Super Market Mina in Lassi), this is circa 700m, (10-minute) walk from the White Rocks Hotel. When coming from the hotel you need to walk down to the Platis Gialos Beach via a secure gate to the hotel, be sure to bring your room keycard to get back in again. Use this route and not the main road out of the hotel as there is no footpath and a busy road. As you come up the road from the Platis Gialos Beach there is a footpath circa 100m away. The supermarket is well stocked, had everything and more than we went for and the staff very helpful.

Beautiful hotel. We spent two weeks here and loved every minute. The staff here are wonderful. From rhe start we were met off the coach by a member of staff who escorted us over the main road and carried our cases for us which were then taken up to our room. The reception staff ensured we had a swift check in and served us with ice tea while they explained everything to us. The room was lovely. The restaurant and food excellent, special mention to the lovely Alexia who greeted us every evening and was very helpful. We enjoyed most evening in the lobby bar on the veranda and was served by Socrates who is an exceptionally good barman. He can make lovely cocktails depending on your tastes and is very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed talking to him, he has very good skills. The staff at the pool bar also work very hard and are lovely too. The food there was very good and we found the dine around a good option. The pool itself is lovely but we preferred the beach. Sadly the beds at the beach do get taken early so I'm afraid you need to put towels early if you want one. Every day the staff clean all the beds thoroughly too. The pool beds can only be taken from 9am and you will see a queue so bear this in mind. The night porter is a lovely man also is Vangelis. I have a walking stick and he often stopped me to make sure I wad OK. They really can't do enough for you here. We will definitely return.
