AVOID AVOID ❌ We’re do I start? The staff was horrible and rude especially if you didn’t want a drink with your meal. The food was absolutely disgusting the choices they put out who wants to eat fish soup and fish pizza every day? I was living off stale bread with butter because that’s all I could stomach as it was that bad. There was NOTHING at all for children so If you want your children eating dry chips and ice cream all day every day then it’s perfect for you. Their was NO Entertainment The pool…. Is on the 7th floor freezing cold with 3 little railings around it now if a child was to slip it is VERY dangerous. The cleaners did a good clean but while they was doing it went around stealing your money and jewellery! I reported my earrings was stollen which I was told I was a liar by their arrogant manager. The whole place is a disaster and I would avoid at all costs!!

2hr transfer from airport. Some rooms are beside bus station and a very well used sports centre so its noisy (you can also hear the lift pretty much constantly). Rooftop pool (freezing), no children's pool and not particularly child friendly which was fine for us. We had breakfast included which had nice rolls and all you'd expect. Evening meal not brilliant so eating out preferable for us. Quite hilly so those with mobility problems may struggle. Staff are very nice and accommodating but I doubt we'd return. Centre is about 15 mins walk but steep hill to conquer. Couple of small restaurants fairly nearby but that's about it.

Currently staying in the hotel on a 5 night break with Jet2 holidays. Rooms are adequate and cleaned daily except Sundays. Furniture does look dated but it's the same in virtually every Spanish hotel I've ever been in and as I only use the room to sleep and wash in it's more than adequate. Food is self service and therefore plentiful and is of a good quality, and suits every palate. I'm staying all inclusive and it's totally acceptable. Pool is located on the top floor of the hotel and is quite small but I've never yet had a problem getting a sunbed or in the pool itself. Pool area is kept clean and tidy. Hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the main bus station in Puerto De La Cruz from where you can get buses all over the island and is about a slow 15 minutes walk to the city centre where all the shops etc are. Only downside to the hotel is that it is noisy with a hotel (be live Tenerife) on one side blasting out incessant music for most of the day and on the other side is a sports hall complex from which you get noise of cheering crowds and whistles from the referees. Apart from that I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel as the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help.

The rooms were very dated and far from spotless- there was a bunch of hair stuck to the tiles in bathroom and nobody cleaned it for a week that we were there, same with some dust and more hair under the sink. Pretty disgusting. The furniture was dated but it was expected, beds and sheets were nice and clean. No sockets in sight- found one in a cabinet and one behind a side table- very uncomfortable. Swimming pool- clean but very small and the atmosphere there was horrible- feels like if you make a sound louder than a whisper you’re not welcomed. Parking on the street- impossible, so if you hire a car it will be a nightmare. The thing that was great about that hotel was its location and I think it’s the only thing going for it.

The hotel is nice and the reception seemed more like a four star hotel. I was impressed by the food waiting for us as we arrived late at night. It was much appreciated. The room was big enough, clean and comfortable with good ac. The staff were excellent. The food in the restaurant was good. The rooftop pool was small for a hotel this size and had a strange rule of having to not make noise! Seemed odd considering there was a separate area below with sun loungers. Surely that could be the quiet area? The hotel is close to a small beach and about a 15 minute walk to the gorgeous town centre of Puerta de la Cruz . The hotel was about 80% Spanish with 10% British and 10% German. We also had a nice sea view and mountain view.

Absolutely great holiday with family and children. We arrived late night exhausted, and found hotel staff left dinner for us in the fridge - what a caring gesture from hotel, well appreciated. Hotel has a stunning green territory with own botanic garden, we spotted a rooster and 2 hens living there too, quite cute! Delicious food, lovely bar, great customer care and good value for money. Definitely would return.

It was very nice, the rooms were beautiful and clean with an amazing view over a garden. Food is good (should urgently have more vegetarian options). Nice gardens, 3 pools, billiard, table tennis, paddle. Tennis courts close by. There's a shuttle bus into town.

Great hotel, our room was clean and well maintained. We were only b&b, breakfast was good. Choice of hot and cold food, fruit, cereal, pastries, breads. A very good choice if you want a quiet location. Walkable to all the beaches but there is a courtesy bus that takes you to the commercial centre.

Beautiful location Friendly staff especially for us with a toddler Food is good for the value Nothing to complain about. Absolutely a lot of hills to climb wherever you want to go so keep that in mind when booking a stay.

The hotel and staff were excellent overall, room was big, spacious and well equipped. hotel had a wonderful trail of trees from all over the world and a lot of activities/areas to explore and enjoy. Location distance to local shopping centre was not bad especially as they have a shuttle service and cabs too are very reasonable and reliable. Special mention to a wonderful bartender, Yasiel who made the BEST drinks. He definitely goes above and beyond with service and his drinks including his specialty drinks are quality. My family and I ordered quite a variety of drinks over the duration of our holiday and we were not disappointed ever. Another member who we interacted a lot with was Isaac who entertained on karaoke nights and during the day with a lot of activities. Brilliant place for an amazing relaxed atmosphere where you can tailor your holiday the way you want.

The hotel has a good location, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The bed was thin and outdated, making it quite uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there was no duvet provided, which made the nights uncomfortably cold. The hotel itself feels in need of a fully makeover, as some areas appear quite dated. Given the condition of the amenities, the price feels too high for the value offered. With some improvements, this hotel could be a much better experience, but as it stands, it does not meet expectations for the cost.

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in January in Los Cristianos, we booked last minute and found a lot of the accommodation in the area was sky high in price. I'd say it was pretty much what we expected - as our expectations were quite low. I would say that the pool area was quite nice with plenty of sunbeds, and the staff here were very accommodating and friendly. We were also quite happy with the size of the private terrace we had on our room (our room was the most basic option). Also, the location is pretty good, close to the main areas. Two things let it down for me: 1. The beds were very uncomfortable, the staff did arrange for us to have a mattress topper put on but even with that you can't get around the fact that the beds are desperately in need of replacement, and we weren't able to sleep well on them at all. 2. The included breakfast, whilst having a lot of options was not the greatest. All of the "hot" options were stone cold on all 4 mornings of our stay, that is to say, the items weren't even slightly warm so I imagine most of the food is cooked very early and then left out rather than kept warm properly. I think go for the hotel if you're on a budget, a short stay here was enough for us though.

This is a large family hotel with plenty of space BUT it is faded elegance and desperately needs a makeover- Food, staff, facilities were good BUT the rooms have very dated and clunky/ iron furniture, even that it is old and not comfortable. The beds were actually good . The outside sun beds were disgraceful- all worn and sagging !. We had 915, a family room for 4 , there were two of us in it. Bathroom good overall BUT the couch was a pull out bed and absolutely terrible for your back . A metal chair with a hard back that was awful and a smaller lower chair . No more furnishings ! See pictures of how bad it was for comfort . Breakfast & evening buffet was quite good and reasonable . They need to get their room furnishings in order ! Do not take a room overlooking the car park. There is a small park beside it and youths are gathering every night with shouting , screaming from over 15 young people till about 2am . Rooms overlooking the pool are quiet!

Wasn’t expecting much, but after all I was surprised with care and service Ive received at this hotel. I enjoyed the stay with all offers and had really pleasant time. Also Yoga with John in the morning was nice and relaxing and gave me nice start of the day. Time at the pool was peaceful and calm. Even though there wasn’t many kids at the moment of my stay, hotel was looking prepared for them and seamed very child friendly too.

Food was beautifully presented buffet meals. Lots of options to suit everyone. Cooked fresh as you wait steaks, fish, etc if preferred.I did see small brown bugs coming up through a hole next to the food & running across it. I'm sure the Staff are aware of this! Can it be prevented in such a large Hotel? Wine was tasty. Gardens well-established & relaxing with smoking areas separate. Beautifully lit at night. My room was overlooking the pool & entertainment stage so I could sit on balcony to chill - East facing so sun all day until sunset. Noisy until Midnight with the various Acts but I didn't mind. Overall it was very relaxing but it's down to personal choice.
